Enjoyed my stay at this facility and thanks to the friendly and attentive staff, my visit seems to over in no time. Their bathroom were exceptional with rain shower included and the multi-choice of pillow from the softest to the hard ones can easily accommodate any demanding traveller.

Far location but huge rooms

the location is quite far , but the room is seriously spacious, love the bathroom, its seriously huge. And there are four huge shopping mall which their stuff and foods is quite cheap. and MTR station is just 2min walk way.

Close proximity to mall and MTR station. Beautiful room and very spacious.

Cons: FAR from the city center. Plan on spending approximately 1 hour commuting from hotel to destination.
No free wifi in rooms. The hotel does offer free 30 min increments of wifi in the main lobby.

Overall my experience was very good. They however need to improve their club "The Ciello" it can be made more lively.. felt it is not so crowded on weekends... may be hongkongers like something else I dont know... but travellers like lively places when on tours...
They should have a complimentary breakfast for all types of rooms for that matter... Food variety can be increased

Beautiful room and plenty of space. Close to shopping malls and where you can buy any most famous brands. A lot of restaurants and close to MTR station. Especially hotels staffs are very polite and friendly. Highly recommend to friends and family.

This is a new hotel in hong kong and it's recommended by my friend. I am satisfied when I go into the room. Big room with beautiful view. Besides, it's near to the MTR station and make it easy to go to other places in Hong Kong. It's really a good hotel to stay.

good size rooms. close to mtr. 15-20 minutes from central.

this was my second time here.
the staff are great and the rooms are clean. no problems.
my only negative would be about having to pay for wifi. there aren't that many hotels in hk that still charge for this.
Shopping Tip:
Popcorn shopping mall right next door.
If you haven't booked breakfast, there are plenty of places close by. If you just want a snack and coffee, then head for the Agnes B cafe in the mall - 100 metres walk.
