Staff helpful and friendly. The staff are friendly however when we check in the staff indicate that the room are not ready(1.30pm) and request you to upgrade your room if you want to check in instead of waiting in the lobby with not enough chairs to cater the crowds. It leaves us no choise but to upgrade and pay extra.

Nice atmosphere, comfort bed, fantasy decoration, cute room details & great arrangement to disney world I will highly recommend to others of stay in Disney Hollywood, the great location & facility provided by the resort make all the guest of HK disneyland feel extremely mobile.
Shopping Tip : by taking MTR to Tung Chung, Citygate outlet provide you with fantastic shopping deal & food.

Reasonably-priced. A great place for the family. Considering it was such a busy place when we were there, the check-in/out process was very organized and the hotel was well-maintained and very clean.

Very easy access to disneyland room was not available right away. The whole stay was generally pleasant. I would have preferred to be able to check in earlier. Although I know that the check in time is 3pm. We arrived at 2:30pm. We had to go straight to disneyland park without being able to change clothes or freshen up. The room was nice. My children appreciated the toiletries with mickey mouse logo and the slippers that fit them. Since the booking made was discounted, maybe an option for breakfast inclusion can be part of the feature upon reservation. The access to disneyland park was very convenient. Hotel staff friendly. Food choices, not happy though.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Bring raincoats if you know that there is possible rain on your disney park visit, so you dont have to buy the costly raincoats at the park shops.

Room is clean and neat though is compact.
The sceneray is fascinating and makes you feel like you in Hollywood.
They also provide sourveniours in the room for free. If they can provide halal food would be superb! The hotel provide easy access to Disneyland that only take few minutes to wait. Moreover, they have promotion for stay and play for 2 days which allow you to enter the disney for 2 days with one day ticket charge. You may also want to check out the swimming pool and the view surroundings as they definitely give you a memorable photos shot!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You may also want to checkout the Ocean Park as they also provide similar entertainment place like Disneyland, with thriller rides!

spacious rooms, nice decor, super single beds, high quality bedsheets location of shuttle bus waiting area Nice themed hotel with good facilities, excellent service quality. The food at the one of the food outlets was a disappointment in terms of variety and very pricey for the standard of meal offered.
The room that we stay was unfortunately very far from the lifts.
The waiting area for the shuttle bus to Disneyland Resort was also located quite a distance away from the main hotel entrance which is not very friendly to tourists rely on the bus service.
The staff service was also excellent.

we arrived at 9:0am and was surprised when they let us have an early check-in and that our rooms are ready

guess its in the culture I was expecting more from the hotel with its amenities and designs bec. the price is quite expensive... its kinda disapointing that it looks old from the outside

Our stay in the hotel was something really great and comfortable with a helpful and professional staff. It is worth staying in Disney Hollywood Hotel. Overal review without stay in this Hotel was comfortable and staff are so willing to help specially the first time visitors in Hong Kong giving all the needed necessary information and making sure the hotel guest are safe specially in travelling. Trip in Disneyland was also an exciting part of the vacation watching all the different entertainment.

Food was great! Such affordable buffets for the whole family! They have a distinct cost of buffet for adult and kids! The staff were superb! They are very observant and efficient to deliver your needs..I did not have to tell them that I needed extra toiletries and slippers for my other kids, they just delivered it to me! Staff take initiatives! They are always on their toes to offer help. Obviously, they have been properly trained to assist parents with children. Their smile was the best - from the janitors, to bell boys, to the reception. Shuttle to Disney Park was never a problem! and the drivers were so courteous. Most of all, my kids loved the room!! The TV was packed with kids shows! I couldn't think of any negative points to raise about Disney Hollywood Hotel. All my kids loved it there and so did my discriminating husband! He just loved the service and the food! The hotel staff were the treasure of the hotel! Their courtesy,efficiency and initiative should be the parameter of standard amongst hotels! From the janitor to the staff at the reception, everybody were always with a smile and a ready hand to extend! I asked for a cab for airport at 830am and it was there! I did not have to ask for what I wanted, the staff just observed how many kids we had and gave me extra slippers and all I need for all my kids!! Food was great! Curry Night buffet was the best! Room was superb!

Service is very good, place well-maintained and location very accessible to Disneyland. The free shuttle bus which is available always make it accessible to other places. Hotel crews are quick to respond to guests' concerns. A good and safe place for a family. Some staff (only a few) need to look happy and delighted ( like most of them) in attending to guests. Staying at Hollywood Disneyland Hotel (and the adjacent resort) is for me the best option I made, and is the best option to make for a family whose principal purpose in Hong Kong is Disneyland. It is just a few meters away from Disneyland Park and there is free ride which is always available. The bus also connects guest to public transport such as the MTR. I like the clean surroundings and the staff (most of them are very polite and accommodating) and I feel the place very safe to stay and relaxing. The ground is well maintained and is in itself a nice place for family to have good times.
For English speaking guests, some staff may be hard to understand, but some clumsy words sometimes add to the fun of conversation.
The fact that we made a reservation via the net and we had not lost much time in booking made me feel much satisfied.
My/Our stay was really relaxing, and we were able to relax, and our stay was really a relaxing stay despite the typhoon on the 3rd day.
Our worst experience was when the taxi charged us 20 HK dollars more (Though I planned to give more as a tip, I/we are upset by the fact that we were screwed, no matter how small is the amount).
Yet, the entire tour was nice.

Rooms are clean, large and full of Mickey decorations. Variety of breakfast choices. Helpful and friendly staff. The room provided no tea/coffee making facilities or mini bar. Almost everything in the hotel is uniquely Disney. The lampshade, the shower curtain , shampoo bottles, slippers, etc. The pool has a water slide. Beach towels are provided at the pool as are flotation vests for little kids.
The breakfast contained a large variety of food to suit everyones tastes (even mickey shaped waffles).
Staff were all very helpful and the Disney gift shop was very useful to get those last minute gifts!
Hotel Feature Tip : Apart from Disneyland, there is a huge pool, huge spa, playground, 24hr Disney channel, toy room and plenty of grass for children to run around on. When we stayed there, there were plenty of characters around the hotel complex for photos, this really added to the whole Disneyland experience. Recommend the 'Character Breakfast' at the Enchanted Garden - at the Disneyland Hotel. At the moment the hotel is offering an extra days Disneyland pass depending on your stay. We stayed 2 nights and got a 2 day pass for the price of 1.

There are nice scenes for taking photos and it is convenient to go to MRT station or Disneyland park by the 24 hour shuttle bus.

Good pool with Disney characters walking around in the hotel premise. This hotel differentiates itself from the rest of the Hong Kong hotels by positioning itself as a Disneyland Resort Hotel. If you or your children wish to mingle with the Disney characters, even when they are in their pjs, this is the place to be! They will be surrounded by Disney features from the moment they enter the lobby, when you do the check-in, to when they have their breakfast, and even when you are walking around the hotel premise. In the room, the great thing my daughter enjoyed was their Disney slippers that she can take home with! While there is a shuttle to get to Disney, it is not somewhere you want to stay if your aim is not for the Disneyland fun park. What we did was to stay two days in town and two days at the Park Resort. This way, we got to experience both different aspect of Hong Kong.
