Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

The location of the hotel is perfect for being out of the hustle and bustle of Mong Kok and other markets, yet close to good restaurants and of course, the MTR. Everyone was also really friendly and helpful at the hotel, giving us accurate information in pretty clear English. The nicest thing was that I spent my birthday here, and when we were out, housekeeping came in and left a nice fruit basket and card for me from the hotel! Totally unexpected but such a nice touch.
The location is really great, and the quality of everything they give you at the hotel is pretty good. Although everything is kind of small (my fiance and I were pretty much on top of each other the whole time because of the room/bathroom size) from what I hear, that's expected for HK. And really, he really enjoyed our stay, and he's 6 feet tall. So the bed wasn't too bad. There's a small safe in the room, as well as an electric kettle, flat-screen tv, and nice modern-looking bathroom. If their internet was free and walls were a little thicker, I'd give this place a 10/10 :)

Convenient to move around and shops all around.
The small small room, hardly much space around to move about.
It is a very small hotel. The room is very small even to us Asian. The so called double bed is smaller than queen probably specially made to accomodate the room space.Other than that everything is good.Shops and shops around hotel, you could spend the whole day shopping and many eateries around spoilt for choice. The other thing is it is quite far from central kowloon.

very affordable in Bengkok, with a prime location for easy access to skytrain and the night scene. Clean rooms with all necessary features, including free Internet, a rarity in Thailand at the budget hotel segment.
A little bit off the main road, but tuk-tuk servcie to the main road compensates for it... No good bars in close proximity, but within a 10 min. walk you are already in Nana, so not much to complain about. In the restaurant attached to the hotel, stay away from everything bu the Thai food. The concierge do not know the meaning of the word service, so do not call her... Call the front desk.
If you are looking for a decently prices place to stay, the hotel is a winner in all aspects, from facilities to cleanliness. With free in room Internet access, the price is a steal... Just bring your own extra long cable, as the one provided is somewhat short. Excellent security with room access card used both at the main entrance and the lisft as well. A bit of a walk down a darkish street at night, but it is overall a quiet street, so it is actually a nice little treck. Would definitely go back unless the Citadine at Soy 11 (across Sukhumvit) is available.
Nightlife Tip : Very close to Nana, one of the prime gogo bar areas in Bangkok if you like that kind of thing.
