Room is clean, but small. Hotel locate near by MTR, but far from the HK Shopping area or any hot spot. From hotel to Mangkok by MTR take around 25 min.
Not suitable for those shopper, but consider O.K for those budget traveler.

the staff was nice and friendly. the beds too small. Rooms to small. the breakfast not good. This hotel is not one I would say to stay at. The rooms too small. The beds very short for an average guy. You need to be a small person. The rooms are all the same size. The only difference is the floor level you stay at. The breakfast buffet is not worth it. very little to eat. I was very disappointed and would never stay there again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : there are a few nice parks to walk and see the city. Not far from shopping mall and the train.

comfortable, nice service and cheap in not heavy season. one bed room is too small. this hotel is comfortable, clean, has nice service and cheap in not heavy season. but one bed room is too small, if only one person is OK.they have all stuff in the room, and service is a real hotel, not some worse hostel or roadhouse.
Hotel Feature Tip : it's close to MRT, and if u want go to china it's near the china area than other areas.

房间干净舒适，有冰箱和保险箱，交通方便，对客人很体贴，赠送水果和水 Generally speaking, it's very comfortable to live here although the room is not big. It's clean and good function such as fridge, drier, and insurance box. It only take 5 mins walk to the subway station. Especially it's convenient to go to Disney land and Hong Kong airport. The shops near the hotel are also good to see.

Good location for price if wants to go airport. Really small rooms, from pictures get different idea. Location is good if wants to go airport,specially with taxi trip was okay. Staff is very friendly and all of them speak good English. But rooms were very small and and not really clean. Room without window was so small, it was just for sleeping.
Price was good, but pictures in hotel website give totally different idea for room size.
Anyway i can not recommend hotel for family's, but maybe for backpackers.

the hotel was clean and accessible to most stores selling what you might need - food , dining , clothing, and is very near a department store. it is also just a step away from transportation stops. I stayed in your hotel last dec 17 and checked out last dec 18. The hotel was very easy to find, since it is near the last stop of the MTR station at Tsuen Wan. The staff were courteous and is ready to help any guests that comes through the door. The elevator was a little small but okay as I think the hotel is mostly for those transiting. Overall, i noticed that the hotel is very clean. the only concern is that the room i got was too small for me. my feet were dangling at the end of the bed. i only have a 5 ft 10 inch frame. Generally, it was a good stay for a night.
Shopping Tip : citystore is very near so shopping is easy.

Location is great because its near the Tsuen Wan MTR station. Its also cheap and good for short term stay. They will also give your free newspaper every weekdays. Fairly, the standard room was quite small for us to move around, especially the bathroom. The hotel is just a walking distance from the Tsuen Wan MTR station. It is also situated in front of a mini shopping mall where you can dine in various cheap restaurants and shop for different stuffs. Its also near the Air Bus terminal A31 where you can ride the bus going straight to the Hong Kong International Airport terminal gate. Aside from its location, the hotel also has a complete set-up in their rooms, it has a TV, a mini ref, a hairdryer in the bathroom and most important, a electric kettle for your coffee or instant noddles.
Shopping Tip : For those going to HK to go shopping, the front building of the hotel is a shopping mall itself with a variety of very cheap stalls to choose from. There's also some tasty treats there which will give you the taste of HK cuisine.

close to shopping and train station rooms are too small, house keeping is nt too good when i booked the hotel via internet the rooms looked different, but when i arrived to the hotel i found that the rooms are very small and there are no options to change it for a biger as all the hotel rooms are small size, it hardly can fit 2 persons, the location of the hotel is not to bad, there is shopping area near by and the hotel is close to the train station, also there are free transportation trips run by the hotel each 1 hour which is consider as an advantage, but in general i will not repeat my stay there again.( i prefer biger rooms)

It was fairly clean and near train station Room was very small.
No Desk for me to do my work.
Bathroom was very small.
Not a very good neighborhood.
No complimentary Internet access.
I was here on business and I need a desk and an Internet access at all times. when it said it had room internet access, I thought it meant complimentary, however when I arrived I learned that there was charge. I thought free internet access was common as having a hair dryer.
The room was smaller than I had expected, and there was no desk for me do my work. It was difficult to commute between Hong Kong Central and the hotel that I was staying in part this is my fault because I miscalculated the distance.It wasn't very good area, either as business or pleasure. I wouldn't stay here again.

Good location to shops, park and transportation. Small rooms and dated design. I may recommend to friends who are on a short visit but can shop quite conveniently and get to the must see places more quickly.
Travel tip : Good bargains at the shopping strips nearby.

Staff are very helpful. The Hotel is not far from the MRT station Room is too small and it is far from the center. Room is not that clean. We only stayed one night here. We are quite disappointed with the size of the room. It's only enough to put two beds. Maybe this is the HK standard of 3 star hotels but I'm definitely disappointed. It's around half an hour from the Central by MRT. Staff are very helpful though. We have asked for the direct transport between HK and Shen Zhen airport and they tried their best to give us the information.
Nightlife Tip : Definitely good to go shopping and casual dinner at night.

Clean room with TV. The staff was friendly and professional. Very tiny room. Opaque window. The room is very tiny, not meant for large people. There were two small twin beds with a small end table between them. This took up the width of the room and the length was a few feet longer. There is a TV and small fridge that came in handy. The bathroom was very small as well, but clean. I would stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Hong Kong. The overall experience was very good.

Near Tsuen Wan MTR station, and easy to access. Very small room size, and no window in the room. Just stayed for one night at this hotel, the feeling for me is fair for this price(standard room).
