near to MTR, Airport express
i revisit the hotel and now i was given a different floor for my double room. This time, the room was more cleaner, becuz last time there was a smell of smoking. But this new floor had no smoking smell. Still recommended for solo traveler since it's located on very good location. Near MTR, Mongkok and Airport Express.

Nice location, very near to Beijing Rd, Many Restaurant.
a bit far from subway, like 15 mins walk.
standard room is very old, and a bit smell.
Lido Hotel, located at beijing rd, the walking street of Guangzhou. So you will have no prob of getting food and shopping. The hotel also offered Shuttle bus to Canton fair both ways. Pretty nice. Actually i booked a double room but once i got there the staff said i didn't mention that i needed double room, so they gave me a single standard room which pissed me of a bit and they couldn't help anything. Once i went up to see the room. the room is very old, the bathroom is also old. So i paid extra upgrade my room to Business room. Business room is new with da same size and got a very big king size bed. Also got internet connection as well. But the internet speed is very slow.
If ask would i returning to this hotel? If it's business room of course yes but no more for standard room.

Out of the way for business people and in an Industrial area
The hotel was good but the location of the hotel was in an industrial area and out of the way from all major shopping etc Rooms were very small
