The hotel is located in the industrial area, during business hours it could be fairly busy with trucks and workers. At night it's quiet but not much you can do there. Walking distance to the MRT and shopping malls.

All was ok, breakfast, lunch, diner, the room is suitable, clean. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is not far from Subway, Ferry station, Promenad square, but the price is too high. I think for one night it is unreasonable price.

Hotel staff is helpful, attentive and friendly. The reception always smiled in greeting. The staff at the lobby was very helpful in finding out which public transport to take to my destination for the shortest amount of time. At breakfast, there is a chef making noodle per customer order.

They offer you same room as you previously stayed at. Staff service is good. If you left things after checking out, they'll call you and keep it for you. You can come back any time to get it back.
Room is clean and tidy. Cannot complain at all. I like this hotel. The only thing that concerns me maybe the room rate.

Excellent value for money in an often ignored locn

most people would think of kwun tong as an ex-industrial area of hk. the thought of staying in a hotel there might even be off-putting, but the reality is that there is basically no more industry. kwun ting has gone upmarket to included shopping malls, hotels, office towers and even the public housing has been replaced/expanded with modern facilities. the fact that it is on the main kowloon line of mtr and only a few stops from either the eastern crossing to the island, or from mongkok, makes for a really easy place to stay without the sheer density of people you get in the more touristy parts of kowloon.
Hotel Feature Tip:
use th minibus !! If you are new to HK dont expect to be able to wander around and ask for directions in English, Spanish, RUssian, whatever ....... Use the minibus first couple of times between hotel and metro so you get your bearings. After that go walking cos its much more fun. Also the hotel is near to Leiyuemun which is famous little village for best seafood meals in HK. But its best secret is to keep walking through teh village and go out the other side and conitnue on to where the houses are. Very quiet and peaceful and one of the most beautiful little spots in Kowloon.
