Pleasant, quiet but quite far from city centre

It was a plaeasnt experience but downside is the hotel is far from city centre and shopping area. This hotel would be perfect for couples who seek privacy and alone time.

Great hotel for a reasonable price!
The service of the hotel was A+, the staff were all very attentive. The room was very clean and you get free WIFI.

I was extremely pleased with my stay at this hotel The staff always greeted you with a smile. The location was a bit far from the city center and located in an industry area.
But I find that nice being away from all the craziness. The doormen were so nice, one even walked a block to flag down a taxi for me since I have two small childs with me. Thumbs up!!! Since there were bus loads of tourists daily, I would suggest the hotel put other regular guests on a separate floor. A+ hotel, will definitely come back.

Great services but very far hotel

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They all understand english and when you ask them for directions where to and from they can really help you except for this one concierge when i asked for a weighing scale when we were about to leave he was very rude and I cannot understand Chinese but action speaks louder than words! Since we were about to leave i cant report him anymore. I love their breakfast and my son also loves the food in the hotel. One problem is that the location is very far especially if you are there for a vacation it is far from everything although they provide their own shuttle.

The hotel is located around industrial area which one may find a bit shocked at first sight. But once you step into the hotel, all your perspective about the hotel changes. The hotel staff is very efficient, helpful and tactful. The best part is that they have reliable concierge team and not to mention their excellent free shuttle bus service that drive to near mall and MTR stations. We have no problem to reach anywhere in HK as their concierge are so knowledgeable and will guide you to the destination. The hotel room is not that very big but I supposed in HK the room space is acceptable size. Most importantly, the room is very clean, the amenities in good quality and my kids are just happy whenever they are in the room. I definitely like to recommend others to stay in this hotel.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: We accidentally left a camera charger and an adapter in the room. The hotel kept it in their housekeeping storage. They arranged for a remote pickup so that the items can be sent to us. This shows that they care very much. Good job Dorsett!

My wife, 4-year old daughter and I stayed here for one night only. Checked in on 20 January 2012 and checked out on the next day. We took the MTR from the airport and went through 3 lines and 18 stations. Not a problem for any light traveler but quite a challenge for a family with huge luggage. A taxi would have been a better option.
It is about 5-10 minutes walk from the Kwun Tong MTR station. It took a small effort to find the hotel - a large sign might have helped. We arrived quite late in the afternoon but no problem with that since we had made payment earlier. Staffs were friendly enough - somebody opened the doors for us and the porter offered to carry our bags. Check in was fast and we did not have to wait long for the elevator.

everything is what we expected: great service and clean rooms. during our 5 days stay, the free buffet breakfast that came with our room was split between me and the two kids. the manager on duty told my husband that the kids can share on the free 1 buffet since he noticed that they eat only very small portions. the receptionists were very helpful as well; when we asked for directions going to tourist spots, they willingly gave us a direction point-by-point and even the transportation (mtr) to take.
