There was a bit delay during the check-in process as the system didn't recognize our booking. After checking for almost half an hour, we were offered an upgraded room and we had been waiting for more than half an hour.
The room was nice, clean and big.

I chose this hotel because it had a pool - it did but there was no water in it. The single room looked directly on to a building site - another disappointment. Check the view and that the amenities advertised are available before you book

Very good for the price. Good bus and tram services provide easy access to main areas of Hong Kong and quality of fixtures and fittings was very good. Nice and quiet too

Nice and clean room even if its small; on-time hourly shuttle to and from the hotel; friendly staff and very good WIFI in the room

We had a good stay in our room - nice, clean and cozy even its quite small. The staff are friendly and the service shuttle is efficient. Buffet breakfast is also good.
One negative point is the waiting area in the lobby, there is no adequate sitting area for the guests waiting for their service.
