Small room but clean and great breakfast

we were expecting a big room as shown in the picture ad but to our disappointment the room is small. However, the service is excellent and with great breakfast. Shuttle bus service runs every 20 minutes to the ferry and Central district but not good if in a hurry. A good size of swimming pool is one of the great amenities but not in service during our stay. Hotel is far from the Central district and most taxi drivers who drove us doesn't know the place.

the hotel is good. rooms are good, breakfast is good. however, it is far away from main hk attractions, so you will need to spend some half an hour to get to central

Very convenient hotel

it has been a very pleasant stay in the hotel. me and my partner is very content with the hotel service. the reception is quick and polite while the bedroom is very clean and nicely decorated.
it is close to bus stops and the sea. from the sea i can see the harbor which is a merit. will definitely go again

Great value for money in expensive HK
Quiet location guarantees a restful night, and a glimpse into everyday HK life. The rooms are large by HK standards and well maintained.

the room was not ready when we arrived at 17.00 but
the staff were happy to upgrade us to a premier room- same size, but
higher floor.
otherwise, the stay was a pleasant one.
would recommend it!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Check out Lantau island.

The design and decoration of the hotel is really nice!!! Modern yet elegant, i really love it!!! Room is small, but still nice. We got upgraded, but the view was a bit disappointed, not as nice as we saw on the website, and the pillow is a bit too soft. But overall am very happy about this stay. Staffs are very friendly, the breakfast is great and the shuttle service is very useful. Price on agoda is really good for the value.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Easy to access with tram, a very typical transportation in Hong Kong. It was really nice and romantic to take the tram back to the hotel at night.

by all means one of the best agoda deals around. especially if you need to be near the hkg macau ferry terminal. free shuttle takes u there in 6 minutes. absolute steal. great value. i will use it often.

I love this hotel because it is new and clean! plus the buffet breakfast is included. The quality of the buffet breafast is more than good enough! but I know it will be charged after 12/31/2012.... The room is clean and new and I will stay there again!!

Staff at this hotel were very friendly. Buffet breakfast was great, location is good as there is a tram station a couple of miutes walk from the hotel and the hourly shuttle bus service provided for free by the hotel is also very good. Its a pity that the small pool was closed although we knew this beforehand. I would certainly choose this hotel again if staying on Hong Kong island.

We stayed 3 nights at the Dorsett Regency and we were glad we did. The location is not the most convenient, being quite far from the nearest MTR station. Otherwise, we have no complaints. The rooms are not huge but that is standard in Hong Kong.
