very strategic location, lots of shopping streets around, price is reasonable
construction beside thus noisy day & night
First of all the hotel is located at a very strategic location ( MTR Lao Jie Exit B ) which is Dongmen a place where locals and nearby district people shop for clothes and fashion. Hotel Restaurant serving a good spread of seafood buffet for only usd8 for lunch and usd12 for dinner..

check in time is at 1400 but they were willing to accommodate at 1100
just in front of jade market
at night temple street is just behind
very close to walk by from a21 city flyer bus stand

best thing about hotel is its place.. located facing jade market and at night night market is just across the street..
yu ma tai mtr station is 5 min walking distance..
if you want to go to disney land go to mtr..
if you want to go to ocean park.. i believe it was 171 bus..bus stand is very close by..
if you want to shop.. tsim tsha tsui is just 2 station away in mtr...
in short its very close by to all markets..
best thing is its price.. it was really hard to get good price in this area..
off course room space could be bit problem.. but if you are two travelling light.. not a big trouble and you can always manage
bathroom are preety small but i guess thats hong kong..
i am not willing to pay double the amount for big bathroom space.. and anyway you will be using room for only sleeping..
room space look at the pic of hotel profile that shows proper area.. only bed and few airspace around your bed thats your room..
i never had time to eat in hotel so cant say much about it.. even i couldnt even go to 19th floor.. been so busy ...
Shopping Tip : visit jade market just in front
temple street just acros street
get a map from reception and you can walk to fish market and ladies market
dont forget to visit kitchen stuff market on shang hai street ..

Clean room,good location and provides shuttle bus to and from the airport express station.
Tiny room, not much walking space and no free internet access
Overall a plesant experience staying with Dorsett Seaview. Although the standard room we stayed in was way too tiny but the newly renovated room was very clean and modern, with large flat screen TV.
I will stay with them again when i return to HK.However, I will try to get a room far from the lift( mine was right infront of the lift). I could hear every single movement outside,esp loud since there was a huge family grp staying on the same floor and who wakes up at 7am to go out.
Shopping Tip : walking distance to Langham place,Mongkok,Tsim sha tsui, and the famous Australian Dairy(Near Jordan MTR, @Parkes Street)
