Near Yau Ma Tei Station, Temple & Mong Kok night markets. Value for your money.

Staff not friendly in general. Rooms are very small.

If you're budget is tight, this place is a good choice. It's close to almost everything and is quite accessible even at night. However, don't expect much from the staff. The rooms are small too.

easily accessible to the MTR can be located 2 streets away from the bus stop where you alight from A21 (air bus from airport) located at the central of tourists attractions = like Temple Street (just behind the hotel) = 1 MTR stops away from Ladies Street and Langham Shopping Centre (a large shopping centre of 13 storeys high) = 2 MTR stops away from Yau Ma Tei where you can visit the clock tower, various museums and the avenue of stars. good front counter staff and can communicate in effectively in english near the post office

small bed if a room is booked for two. meant for asian height below 1.80m expensive internet access @ 100hdk for 24 hours and no bundle package despite my stay of 7 days. small lift no toilet in the hotel lobby, instead it is located at their restaurant level (19th storey)

friendly counter staff who are willing to guide you along regarding the charges as well as show you the way to places would would like to visit. arrangement of shuttle service from hotel to the airport @ 100hkd. however, it has to be 3 hours before the departure time from the hotel room service cleaning staff available till 4pm, so if necessary, you can ask for late room clean up if you decide to sleep in. currently some rooms are under renovation, but not much disturbance in the day. original check in is at 2pm and check out is at 12noon, but if you let the staff know that you have an evening flight, they are willing to extend check out till 2pm latest and luggage can be left at the lobby with no additional charges. toiletries are replenished daily. it is advisable to use the shower instead of the tub. bathtub is also reasonable for average asian built and not for those taller than 1.80m unless you don't mind being cramped up. definitely not suitable for couples sharing the tub.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : temple street is around the corner 1 MTR station away from Langham Shopping Centre and Ladies Street [located at mongkok] 2 MTR station away from SOGO, Space Museum, Habour Centre, Clock Tower, Avenue of Stars [located at Tsim Sha Tsui] visit the habour at 8pm and you get to see the array of lights lit at hongkong island. this is available every night and it lasts for about 10 to 15 minutes

Located Near "Yau Ma Tei" MTR station. Also near to Temple Street, Jade market, Ladies market in walking distance. Hotel room is slightly bigger than expected. Hotel staff is helpful.

Hotel carpet looks old and dirty but toilet and bed is fine. Room need to renovate to give a fresh feel for guest.

The Hotel is located near "Yau Ma Tei" MTR station in walking distance. For those who likes night market, the hotel is very near Temple street and Jade market, Ladies market, and few other street with Sports and Electronics items all in walking distance. Local foods is easily available in surrounding hotel location. However, the surrounding location is a bit crowded. Hotel Rooms looks a bit old but room size is within expectation. Overall experience is still acceptable.

Nightlife Tip : Hotel located near Temple Street, Ladies street night market and also Jade market and other street which specialise is selling sports items and electronics goods all in walking distance.

Very near the Night market which is just outside the hotel, about 5 min walk to the MTR station, a lot of restaurants around the area and walking distance to all the shopping areas

No free wi-fi connection from the room or in the lobby at least. If you need to use the restroom(CR), you still have to go to the 19th floor, de luxe rooms are very small and tight and it has a very small lobby area for guests to congregate and relax while waiting for their transport to come and take them to the airport.

It is very safe to walk around the area and there are few convenient stores and restaurants just around the hotel if you don't feel like going far from the hotel. The night market is conveniently located near the hotel that you can go shopping and make several trips. It's a nice and warm hotel except for the lobby and the rooms being quite small and the wi-fi connection not available for a free access.

1.Clean. 2.Friendly hotel personnels. 3.My bf likes it that they have the latest TVB show on the TV. 4.It is just behind Temple Street

Room is kinda small

The best thing is, i forgot to print out the hotel voucher, but upon arrival, when i showed them my passport, they were already expecting me and my partner. The room was ready for checked in immediately (it was before 12pm)

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Hotel is located just behind Temple Street. Very near Yau Ma Tei MTR station.

Great location, Yau Ma Tei MTR station apx 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Close to shopping, small restaurants, and night markets. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Extremly small rooms, furniture quality very poor, rooms was wourne out. Internet is only avaliable if you pay extra. no minibar, or bottled water for the tea boiler.

Extremely small rooms and bathroom. The room was no bigger than a prison cell maybe 9 sqm, and the bathroom was even smaller, when you sit on the toilet your feets almost touches the door. In general the quality of the furniture was poor, very old and wourne out for sure. Double beds are very small, maybe only 140x180 or similar. The hotes has started renovating some of the rooms, so let's hope that the standard will be way better. I only stayed at the hotel for one night but i would chose another hotel if i had to stay longer. If you are a backpacker and only need a place to sleep, and the alternative is a youth hostel with 8 beds in the bedroom, then the hotel is ok. Next time i go to Hong Kong for the weekend, i will chose for a better hotel. One more thing which needs to be pointed out. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Their performance was spotless.

Shopping Tip : This is very close to Tsim Sha Tsui, which is a great shopping area. I made a pretty good deal on an electric Guitar+ Apm. at Tom Lee Music on Camaron Rd. They have like 250 different models sweet. Directions to Tom Lee Music store. Take the MTR to Tsim Sha Tsui, and use exit B1. walk apx. 50m and turn left. Then all your guitar dreams will come true. enjoy!

The best thing that we liked about the hotel is the location. It's only 5-10 minutes walk from the nearest MTR station and right next the Temple Street night market.

I don't know if it is a general feature of all hotels in Hong Kong but the room that we got was one of the smallest that I've stayed in before.

Great and convenient location. A temple with a park on one side, a nice healthy 'snack' stall on another side, just next to the famous Temple Street night market AND only minutes away from the MTR station. The service of the staff there are okay, generally friendly but could be better. The one staff I especially appreciate is one from housekeeping, too bad we didn't get her name. The shuttle bus service to the Kowloon Airport Express Terminal is also a great service that I think is very helpful for us 'non-tour' travellers. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Hong Kong and planning to stay in Kowloon.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The Temple Street night market is a very interesting place to explore and it's only right across the street from the hotel.

Near to the MTR

Very tiny rooms

Location is good, just a mere 5-10 min walk to the MTR. However, rooms are way too tiny. Once we opened up our luggage on the floor, there's no space to walk around. Just one tiny window at the top corner of the wall. Very near to the temple street night market. The double bed is small too.

Worth of money and good location for food. Near MRT as well. Hotel service is good and the room is well maintain and clean.

None

Well recommended. Hotel staff are friendly. After checking out while waiting for night flight, we go shopping but all our luggage can keep safely in the concierge area and passport can still kept in hotel safe box till the moment you are to leave to airport.

Travel tip : Just opposite a nice dessert restaurant.

Near to commercial centers and stores.

A bit expensive. I paid a lot for a small room with no ref, no Wifi. I ask for a non smoking area but I was put in a smoking floor. I ask for two beds instead I got one. Not so courteous receptionist.

Dorsett Seaview is close to many store and shopping center. There isn't a lot of choices on the breakfast menu. The rooms are quite expensive and small. Most of my request was not given to me, like a non smoking floor, two beds instead of one, no wifi. Shuttle to the airport was expensive. I was disappointed and did not get my money's worth.

Surely to go back here! Guest Rating: 8.3

small room

- Good location - Reasonable price

- Small room size

This hotel siuated in good location in my point of view (not far from MTR, night market near by, easy to find food & convenience store). Staffs can speak English well and willing to service. Room is clean. And, price is reasonable. However, as same as most budget hotel in Hong Kong, room is quite too small And, elevator is slow in peak hour.
