the hotel was so small for two persons. even the bed is small and placed against the wall. My husbannd is 6 ft tall and he had to curl up his knees while sleeping because he doesnt fit in the bed.the bathroom was also tiny which included the shower and toilet. the room was only about 10 sq.m. and the building looks dingy from the outside. the lobby was also narrow so visitors have to be in a single line when passing through. the plus side is that it is near the mtr station, offers hot shower, blow dryer, towels and aircon. not worth the price.
Shopping Tip:
to get good bargains at the night markets, walk away from the sellers and they will hold you back to haggle some more for a new price!

a small hotel, resides in an apartment building, the owner has several units that converted into hotel rooms.
the rooms are extra small, about 7.5-8 meter square.
location is good, surrounded by shops and restaurants, only two blocks away from "jordan" metro/subway station. there is a hongkong-guangzhou bus agent also only 2 blokcks away that you can jump into this long distance bus directly.

The room so small and the blanket not really so clean. Water heater is the worst because need to switch on 20minutes before take a bath and half-way bathing, water turn cold.

Typical HongKong "Hotel" close to Night Market
Close to lively Night Market and Jordan Metro Station

the "hotel" is typical for hongkong being located in one of those commercial building on the 15th and 16th floor. you have a reception and a lot of rooms. our room was big enough with a big mirror and aircon and a tv. the bed really was short, but we were prepared thanks to other comments.
also from former comments we knew that we had to ask for towels directly. but we had a smooth check-in and were soon in our room.
due to the hongkong 7 event (rugby) the hotels were almost sold out and we only got this for a reasonable but way to high price for what it offered. but compared to the other hotels, this was a good place to stay. during night time we heard the noise of nathan road very loud as the window was on this side. the glasses for tea were really dirty. the shower and bathroom was alright, small but hot water (need to prepare 15 min earlier).
i liked the vicinity to nightmarket, but for partying you should definitely stay on the island.
Restaurant Tip:
The "Spicy Crab" along the Nightmarket is really nice, sitting inbetween the vivid street on plastic chairs.
We had delicous penne with cheese and tomato sauce (ovenbaked) (walk out of the hotel to Nathan, turn right(to the north) on the hotel side of the Nathan Road and turn right again in the second crossing, walk 50m to the end of the road, after the small cs on the right side. You need to open the door by pressing a button at the front of the glass entrance

having arrived in hong kong after a long flight from canada, i was delighted to find that the hotel owner greeted me and was helpful in providing for my needs. almost all the shops are open till 11 pm at night and this part of nathan road is a great part of kowloon ! lots to see and do!
the very small clean room has its own combined shower, toilet and handbasin, however, the sleeping bed/bench is not suitable for a tall person - i was glad to be only 163 cm tall !
i would recommend this little hotel (25 rooms)to anyone on a limited budget.

This hotel does not clean your room, they do not provide towel. Unless you ask for it. You have to demand for cleaning service and change of towel.The service is the worst I have ever met.
