Great Location...Clean and Reasonable Sized Rooms
7.7
Hotel is in a good location, somewhere between the scenic Victoria Harbour and Mongkok - where the Ladies Market and other major retail streets are located. Plenty of selection for food as there are many restaurants. A taxi stop is also located right at the front door of the hotel. Rooms have an English style to it and pretty comfortable. Bedding is clean and tidy, which is most important. The only letdown was perhaps the hotel strictly enforcing the 3pm check-in time with guests that arrive early having to loiter around the lobby area being allowed into the room.

Great location but no free Wi-Fi
7.3
this hotel is in the middle of everything, walking distance both downtown to star ferry , tsim sha tsui and harbour city as well as to mong kok with a lot between as well as the nearby temple street market if you prefer more junk.
a lot of local resturants where you can find everything to a reasonable price.
Shopping Tip:
Middle of everything

nice hotel but still with hiccups
Friendly staff although inefficient
5.3
The staff are nice to offer champagne and chocolate for our honeymoon.
However, the air con was faulty and generating loud screeching noise throughout the night (despite the room being newly renovated).. The next day, the maintenance crew tried fixing it and left the whole carpet wet in the process. Housekeeping did tried to dry the carpet. However, the carpet is still damp when we return. Worst, the same noise came back the following night.
Due to the loud noise, we were unable to sleep that night.
A generally good hotel to stay if they can ensure that the rooms released are suitable for guest stay.

We had a poor small room, sheets were not changed on 3rd day as room service said, we had to ask for our room to be cleaned after returning from a trip. General cleanliness was OK.
On check in they said they had upgraded us to a superior!!!
It appear we had paid for this anyway.

Small and Neat Rooms
There are no Pros and Cons
6.3
i expected the hotel to be a little closer to the jordan mtr station, but it is a 10 min walk. a little in convenient as i had to go the hongkong convention center for the jewellery trade show. not much of eating options around the place. a starbucks at the corner and thats all. for any kind of different cuisine one has to go tst. there are no pros and cons. the room was small but neat. i requested for a late check out and was given till 1.00 pm
Nightlife Tip:
it is close to the night market, if you want to buy cd's and fake branded goods.

Nice comfy hotel with excellent location
Nice new hotel room with excellent customer service
9
this hotel is located at nathan road itself, so very near places like ladies street, temple street etc. lots of nice dining eateries nearby, you just need to know where to find them. easy access to shopping and mtr stations.
the hotel room itself is very new, environmentally-conscious and excellent, friendly customer service officers at the desks to serve guests daily. size of the room is fairly big, and toiletries are of certain quality. bath tub available is a huge plus in this mega-packed city where most hotel rooms are just a teeny weeny cubic with just shower bathroom available.
nice, posh, value-for-money, what else do you need?
Nightlife Tip:
Buses available to take hotel guests for night tour @ Ladies street in the evenings. You can go to conceirge and check it out.
