Brought my family in for a holiday trip to Hong Kong. Booked two rooms at the Club floor. Breakfast selection was great at the E Club. Had a meals at the Yat Tung Heen and T Garden. Appreciated the food quality.
I had a small misfortune of misplacing some equipment in a Taxi hired from the Eaton Smart and the team at the concierge (in particular Mr. Eric Ho) was very helpful throughout the ordeal. Even followed up after I returned home to my home country, though I did not manage to recover the item, they did everything they could. Commendations here to the staff.
Room size was good for a Hong Kong hotel however, the interior is a bit dated and may need refreshing to stay in theme with the lobby area and the e-Club.
Would definitely consider staying at the Eaton again.

We stay in a club room where we are entitle for free snacks and wifi at the E Club. The spread of the food for the breakfast and dinner were just ok. It will definitely be much better if they can cater one or two Halal foods for Muslim traveller. The drinks were extensive and free flow including wine or liqour but as I did not drink, I had only beverages and hot drinks. The housekeeping were also accomodative as all our extra requests were met. The 24hrs gym on the 21st floor also come in handy for a workout anytime of the day.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is just 5minutes away from the famouse Temple Street

The hotel surpassed our expectations. Firstly we were fortunate enough to be ungraded (without asking) from a city club to a very spacious suite with excellent views. We found the staff exceedingly polite and helpful. The e-club facility was a real treat (free cocktails, selection of wines, snacks etc between 5 - 7:30). Highly recommend and will definately return. Restaurant Tip:
Dai Pai Dongs are the best way to experience local cuisine, culture and hospitality and eat at an affordable price.

Got upgraded for a slightly better view room, with a very bright washroom. Although the room is very small, but included everything that you need. My partner used their swimming pool and gym service. I like the design of this hotel with lots of lifts for the guests to access to their room directly from the ground level.
