Hotel's location is near the end apart of nathan road but all the shopping arrea and Park Lane can be reach easily with a few minute walk. Jordan MRT station is also near hotel and a 7- 11 is also just across which is great for a late snack after a long hours of shopping and walking. The rate may not be cheap but is all worth it, from the rooms, lobby, terrace and most especially the service. We encountered some problem upon arrival because the travel angency did not book a room for all of us but all the staffs has been very helpful , they were even the one who called and coordinateed it with the travel agency. They have exerted so much effort for us to have a wonderful experience. It is our 4th time in HK but I would say that our stay in Eaton Hotel is so far the best!
Shopping Tip:
For the best apparels, try going to DNA and the stores within the area for they are the one's selling cheap branded shoes and clothes, some of the local new and upcoming designers also have stores there.

Dissappointed with the service as I waited for almost half an hour for check in and then had to wait until 15:30 for my room to be ready. I was also very dissappointed that there was no free internet connectivity. Rooms are in need of a re-vamp.

Decent and small room
Location opposite free shuttle bus to Kowloon station for Airport Express and beside main road to allow us to alight with 2 young children from taxi without stress

this is a decent hotel which meet a basic traveller's needs with young children. convenience is the reason we chose this hotel. sure enough, we could take a bus to star ferry or tst at a fraction of mtr price.
as we have stayed in a hotel near harbour city for the first 2 nights, we could compare the size of our eaton room was two-third the size of that room.
for food, you can get the famous steam egg restaurant and few famous wanton noodle along nathan road.

i stayed in this hotel with my wife and 3-year old son. the venue is fantastic, being in the heart of kowloon and a stone throw away from either the jordan or the yau ma tei mtr stations. nearby amenities include 7-eleven (great for buying phone cards or milk), food and shopping.
staff are helpful and friendly and conversant in both mandarin and english. the rooms were also clean and tidy.
the only problem that i had was the small rooms that they had. the room had a queen sized bed and barely had sufficient space for the additional bed required for my son.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The hotel is best for couple or single traveller. Families with kids will do better with other hotels.

Hotel is conveniently located between Jordon and Yau Ma Tei MTR. Many famous food nearby the hotel. The only issue is that the room is very dark, no sufficient lightings.
Hotel staff service was really good too.
