great location, small room
located right on nathan road

hotel's service is quite slow. we were told that we would get our room at 2pm but it turned out the room is not ready even at 5pm. the room is nice and clean but a bit on the small side.

Good for tourist

Hong Kong is our last stop of asia trip, so from the airport, we carried our heavy luggages to the airport express link to kowloon station, then transfer to K1 free shuttle bus to eaton smart hotel, approx 1 hour.
The rooms, i cant say it's small, but after we put our luggages in, it is Small.
But the location on Nathan road is quiet nice, alots are happening downstairs, temple street is just across the nathan road, there are so many foods and shops you wont get bored or get hungry.
Metro station is Jordan, Exit b2, about 5-10 min walking.
Hong Kong is so expensive, and packed with tourist around the world.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you are planning to visit the Peak, Madame Tussards, and the Big budda, really really recommend you to purchase those tickets in advance at airport arrival hall A4 counter. We were in hong kong during new year, the line is freaking long, luckily we got the tickets already!!! Yay!!!

Great hotel
The rooms was big enough.we were on the Executive room and the service was great.

We had a lovely time at the hotel . The staff was very helpful and jolly.We will definitely stay here again.
Shopping Tip:
The ladies market is very near the hotel. Be good in bargaining.

the hotel's location is good, there is an mtr nearby. the hotel staffers were conversant and go the extra mile in giving directions. service is good, but rooms are quite small. also, limited facilities and restaurants.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

we stayed at this hotel for 7 days including the new years day. it was great. our package included breakfast, also we had coffee and tea in the room. there are train stations and bus stop close by so it is easy to go into town.
the service was great and the staff made every effort to make you feel welcome.

Nice rooms but no Internet availability inside!

we have the interconnecting doors for the the two rooms but no free internet inside the rooms. needs to go to the recepction rooms to avail of the free internet unlike in the other hotels. to avail of the internet inside the room, you have to pay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hotel is near to the biggest shopping malls and the others are a MTR away.
