Very nice hotel
Hotel was was really nice. The room is very spacious.

the hotel has a very nice ambiance but it's four blocks away from the mtr, not very far but it was raining when we got there so it's quite a hassle to walk. the room is very spacious and has a nice interiors. the service is quite slow in the restaurant and in the reception when we were checking in. but all in all the experience is nice.

i like this hotel because it is easy to go anywhere. and very close to business and shopping places. also night market. there is a night market at temple street near the hotel also

the staff are very friendly, i call the "can do" button for any question and help, they are great.
Restaurant Tip:
The restaurant at Nathan Hotel next door is very good for the price, we had a dinner for 12 and we had so much left over to bring home.

great location but extremely small room

I booked into Eaton due to the location, and after I saw the Eaton Smart website where rooms are spacious. My little boy and I were given a tiny room, not big enough to swin a cat really. I had to share a bed with my son who is 8 years old.
Otherwise the hotel is good, good service, responsive to guests' needs etc.

Great Location but with wierd entrance
Hotel is near to amenities and even public transport.

I have to wait for more than 3 hours before I can get my room. This is despite me arriving at the hotel at 2.00 pm where the checkin time is on. Initially I was told to wait for half an hour but there were several half an hour period which eventually became more than 3 hours. In view of this, hotel has upgraded my room to a deluxe room. It is good customer service but they should have told us the truth about the room availability instead of asking us to wait half an hour and then continously for half an hour several times. Only when I said I am getting very upset did they got the room for me finally.

Excellent Kowloon location near Temple St.

Loved the city club room. Great gym and pool. Great restaurants. Have stayed there twice and will stay there again.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The City Club is a must for westerners at this hotel. I've stayed at this hotel both with and without it and there was a world of difference in the experience for english speakers at the first floor reception club, and in the room comfort level.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Metro trains are a very good and economical way of going around. Try and learn the train map and system.

the hotel was modern, clean with somewhat small but adequate rooms. the checkin process was efficient and fast, and the hotel is just a short (3-5 minute) walk from a metro station. there's also a night market just a few blocks from the hotel.
it's certainly not the nicest hotel or best location, but, it's a great value.
