Excellent. Everything we needed catered to. Five minutes to Jordan and yau ma te station. Airport shuttle from Kowloon station right outside to hotel. Food outlets all close by to suit all tastes and budgets.

Not as good as it used to be. Appart from location this hotel is over priced. Advertises as a 4 star hotel but no toothbrush/toothpaste in room?! Never been to a 4 star hotel which offers shampoo and body wash which is watered down in large hand pumps.
The hotel in in somewhat of a refurb. When I first started staying here it was great, centrally located, good rooms both size and standard. My first room was given as a smart room which was like staying in a cubical hotel in Tokyo. While I understand this is hong kong the room was tiny and impracticable. The smart room has a cubicle design toilet and shower with the handbasin in the room on a bench next to the bed. The same bench is where the desk is so you have a bench stool to sit on when working - not ideal. Dont think the hotel is worth the money anymore. The refurb has not been well designed. However with that said when I wasnt happy with the design / size of the 'smart room' the staff member at reception was more than accomidating to show me two other rooms the first choice I took, the second a suite was tiny and was not worth the money.

The suite was clean and comfortable. The city view was excellent. WiFi was great. The food was very good, especially the buffet breakfast. The e-lounge was brilliant and the staff were exceptional, especially Bernadette, Yuki and Marilyn.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone, but I would recommend the CLUB rooms (breakfast drinks and canopes included). Night market only 3 minute walk with plenty of seafood restaraunts only 2 minutes away. Great shopping centre (Wing on) accross the road.
