Lovely hotel but location not very near MTR
5.7
Nicely renovated hotel. Clean with friendly staff. Pity still need around 5 to 10 minutes of walking distance to MTR. Not very convenient especially with infants

center of city
great location, center of city yet not over-crowded
8
compared to hotels in mongkok and tsim sha tsui, eaton smart is also located in the city center, yet this area is less crowded than the other two. the night life here is just as interesting as the other two. if you plan to get to the other two districts anyway, they are just one to two subway stations away.

near temple street night market
6
mcdonalds, starbucks , convenience stores and restaurants around the area. rooms are small but clean. better stay in TST for better location and hotel options.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
near temple street night market but i think ladies market is better in mongkok.
-avoid weekends, too many people you will be overwhelmed.

-rooms are small but clean.
Shopping Tip:
this hotel is near temple street night market but i think ladies market is better(mongkok).

Always clean and tidy ....
Easy reach by airport bus A21 both ways
7.7
nice hotel, neat, clean and tidy, staff are friendly and fluent in english, and helpful too. rate can fluctuate significantly and i only stay there in low seasons as rates in peak season is quite expensive. i usually have meals outside hotel following my business meetings outside, so no clue on their food and services in their own restaurants, but the settings look clean and neat too. it provides free wifi in room but a little slow when down loading large documents.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
So close to the Temple Street night market and many many eateries on all the side streets, you must take time to wonder in the area to experience the freedom and fun I must say.

Very clean and comfortable, represents good value
Convenient and interesting location
9.3
We stayed in a club room which was probably unusually large for a Hong Kong hotel. Daily room service was good. Fast free Wi-fi internet available throughout room and public areas was extremely useful. The location on Nathan Rd was very convenient, easy walking about 5 mins to either Jordan or Yau Ma Tei MTR stations. Also minutes walking to Temple St markets and the Ladies Night Market. The reasonably price authentic local restaurants made a nice contrast to the more expensive touristy eating places around Tsim Sha Tsui. Breakfast was quite adequate with a good choice of Asian and Western food available. Staff were obliging and helpful.
Overall a good 4 star hotel in an interesting area of Kowloon. I would definitely be happy to stay there again.
Restaurant Tip:
Within walking distance, about 10 - 15 mins is the famous Michelin starred yum cha restaurant called Tim Ho Wan. Can be very difficult to get a table, but we went at 4pm (well after lunch and before the main dinner crowd). Only waited 10mins and food is exceptional. There is no sign in English above the restaurant but I'm sure any local in the street knows it and will point it out for you.

love the convenience
very close to MTR, night market, Hong Kong style fast food restaurants and all that
8
hong kong style fast food is very different from most westerner's perception... you wouldn't be able to find "chop suei", "sweet and sour pork", or "spring rolls". be sure to check out the hong kong style soup noodles (beef brisket, wonton) and drinks (milk tea, coffee).
they have a tai-chi master running classes every morning.
