Comfortable and clean hotel with excellent service

Great hotel as it is very clean and comfortable. Though the rooms are small but the comfort overshadows this. The location is great as it is not too crowded and yet easy access to some shopping areas and many food places.

Centrally located Great Service in e-Club

Everything was fine. I could get anywhere in HK via MTR Jordon station just 5-10 mins away. Temple Street Market and Ladies Market just around the corner. Check-in was slow but I did arrive right on 2 pm. Room on Level 16 was excellent with a great view. The e-club, located on Level 1 between ground and lobby was a pleasant oasis with a "happy hour between 5:30pm and 7.30pm. Complimentary breakfast was adequate rather than expansive. Had every thing I needed. Staff there were the best, friendly, interested and keen to provide good customer service.
Did not try restaurants.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Easy to be confused with levels in lift, took me a day or two to get right! Old age maybe!. G is ground, 1 is level 1, 2 is Lobby, and L is lobby

the hotel is convinently located away from the direct hustle and bustle of hong kong island and the main streets of kowloon.
it is located on the corner of the main street of nathan street and right across the temple street night markets.
if you are not in hk for direct business and need to stay in the main city, eaton smart is a great outskirts hotel. hotel staff are friendly, hotel is clean and prices on agoda was great.....
Shopping Tip:
GO across the street into Temple Street for the Night Market. Everything that you can imagine is practically sold there to include good eats....

We picked this hotel because it was situated right on Nathan Road right in the hub of markets and shopping. Easy walk to train stations. Staff were efficient and the hotel was nice and clean with a great rooftop pool and gym.

Room is really when I check in time at 1:00pm even weekend time. You need to take lift to Reception, Reception not easy to find for me. Small room but it tidy and clean. They prepare us the room almost nothing to see. Price is acceptable. Take care the small medical shop or small electrical shop around Nathan road, they cheat tourist to buy expensive stuff when you going in. 10 mins walk to night market.

great location which is very near mtr station. it is laso near temple street wherein you can buy stuff/gifts.
the service is prompt and you can ask or request for iron and ironing board even a weighing scale inorder to know if you are excess in your check in luggage.
i find the room to small for a family of three.
overall very good.

Great Hotel with Outside Features

Didn't know what to expect as this was our first visit to Hong Kong. On arrival found the Hotel to be extremely nice, clean and tidy. Staff on the front desk extremely friendly and you felt that nothing was too much trouble. They did warn us that some of the rooms were being refurbished and there could be some noise during the day but as we were out most of the time it did not really worry us at all. Food was really good and reasonably priced. The 'T' garden was a real bonus so you do not have to sit in your room all the time. It could do with a water feature to the lovely wall that shelters you from the rest of the world. The room we stayed in was a little tired but had not been refurbished as yet. In saying that it was comfortable and well equipped. Would thoroughly recommend staying here. Central Location to all the markets and getting around Kowloon area
