I requested non-smoking room and double bed but when I checked in, there was only one non-smoking room with two small beds and requested to change the room following day. They did it following day but the room was smaller than the original one and I made the point but front desk people did not care about my comment and kept insisting on telling that it was a same size room which they were totally wrong.
I am not sure if I want to return back to this hotel.
Shopping Tip:
There is a Jade market near by and also Temple street market is very interesting to observe because there are many items they sell and fascinating to observe people.

This is the third time we stayed at Eaton. Every time we travel to Hong Kong, we stay at the Eaton. It is conveniently located to the Temple Night Market, MTR station, and it is a stop for Airport Express (K1 shuttle). The hotels are a little cramped but not so bad, it is clean and staff is really friendly and accommodates all requests. The breakfast is good with good choices. The rooftop gym is top class. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

enjoyed stay. staff very helpful. breakfast fine & happy hour 2 for 1 appreciated.
had a smoke free room which smelled of cigarettes so quickly had room changed.

Lovely hotel , good service
Good buffet, Clean, polished, near to Jordan MTR (5 mins) , good service , 24 hrs gym , pool till late. Massage chairs available .

The check in was fast. Rooms was upgraded to a suite w
/o asking. The rooms was clean & polished. The staff was helpful with queries & efficient. The bed was comfy. I like the rainforest shower best. And the additional bed was converted together w a 2 seater sofa, making it bigger & more spacious. The rooms was not that small as I still had storage space for 3 luggages & bags of shoppings with no issues walking around. They also provide concierge to deposit luggage for free. Courtesy of the hotel. End of the day, the check out was fast , the buffet breakfast variety was aplenty & I really had a pleasant stay. I will be back if I m in HK. Terrific experience.

20 min walk to habour city shopping area , a cross the road is temple street which u can buy cheap stuffs and sovernie

tidy room & comfortable

we booking standard double room, although the room is small but tidy but it is acceptable if you compare other hotel in the same area hotel. and you will feel comfortable to stay there. the staff is nice and helpful.
the location is 10mins walk to yau ma tei mtr stop and 6mins walk to jordon mtr stop. 5 mins walk to night market. if you don't care, just walk 20-25mins to tst area shopping mall.
