When we arrived, the hotel manager told me that they were overbooking and wonder if we can take single room instead of double bed room. This is ridiculous as I had prepaid the rate through Agoda and I booked a room for 2 adults! After 15 mins waiting at reception, finally they gave us a nonsmoking double bed room but full of tobacco smell when I opened the door. They stated they are full and not able to change the room for us. To be honesty, this is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in my life!

good size room with nice mattress and all the touches you now expect form 4*. a little gripe was the porters watched us alight from our taxi and made no attempt to take our case. the mtr station jordan about a 8 minute easy walk. temple street market across the road around 2 mins away. there are plenty of shops etc around and its a great hotel for all types. the gym was good and a small pool on the roof, though the water was chilly.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Upgrade to a club room its really worth it

Friendly hotel staffs however check in process is a bit lengthy. Love the air freshener at the lobby nice fragrance .
Very near to Jordan MTR it's just one station away from tsim sha tsui and momg Kok. Walking distance to tsim sha tsui , mong Kok and temple street.
There is one nice Chinese restaurant opposite the hotel. Tsui Wah restaurant.
Free wifi is provided. There are also 3 computers at the lobby for guests, printer is available too.

One of the best hotel in Mongkok/ Jordan area

This is the second time I stayed at Eaton Hotel. The location is right in the middle of all the action - Mongkok/ Jordan. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful and when the hurricane was due to arrive in HK, they make sure guests are alerted days before. I am exremely pleased with the newly decorated rooms - they are clean, comfy bed and a well appointed bathroom.

Big suite room, friendly staff. Though, there was some renovation going on near the hotel hence it was pretty noisy during the day. But after 5pm, the construction stopped. So, its pretty good.
Hotel has eateries opposite the hotel which is pretty good.

free wifi, accessible to jordan mtr, macdonald, 7-11, starbucks are nearby

a non-smoking, newly renovated deluxe room on the 16th floor.
the receptionist (by the name of ken) handled our check-in efficiently & was very helpful. he made us feel at ease.
check-in time was 3pm.
it will be good if guests can check in at 2pm into the higher-level rooms upon availbility & completed housekeeping.
room size is generally small for hk standard but bigger than expected.
it was clean & well-kept, but walls can be more sound-proof.
bathroom & toilet is small but still acceptable.
housekeeping ensured that our shower & bath toiletries are refilled daily.
can improve with more complimentary mineral water provided as the electric water boiler is very small. as well as providing ironing facilities.
conceige & reception are on 2 individual levels which made checking-in & out procedure not so convenient & straight-forward.
able to use free in-room wifi is a plus to this hotel.
we had an early flight back at around morning 1am but had to check out at 12pm noon. this hotel allows us to use the swimming pool & gym's shower facilities on the 21st level, anytime after checking out. we appreciate it though the shower room was very small.
macdonald, 7-11, starbucks are just around the corner.
there is a nice tsui wah restaurant right opposite the hotel.
walking distance to temple street too.
some areas of improvements but overall quite a pleasant stay.
Travel tip:
Approx 6 mins to Jordan MTR after walking past 3 streets
Temple St is nearby too
