Convenient even without transport

Convenient even when u are traveling from HKIA . Can travel by airport express to Kowloon station den take a shuttle to the hotel. It's very convenient and money and time saving. Hotel room is small but clean and comfy. To get food is no problem at all.

hotel is within clean and well run with good internet. room was a little small but reasonable for the price.
hotel is by nathan road so is convenient for shopping and the bars on knutsford terrace. also, only a couple of minutes from jordan mtr.
i'd happily stay here again when working in kowloon.

I've been visiting this hotel for more than 10 years. I like the professional and effective staff which manage any kind of issue.
However this time we got a room which might be short before renovation that means a little bit worn out but this is somewhat unusual for this place. Despite that everything was fully functional.
Shopping Tip:
Close to night market and other shops in this part of Nathan road.

We booked this hotel room in order to remain close to the market and shopping centers we were familiar with. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our rooms were clean, neat, and comfortable. When service was needed the staff was timely and efficient. We are very pleased with our stay and are looking forward to a future stay at Eaton Smart Hong Kong!

Good locale and very stylish. Breakfast included is always a plus!

We had just an overnight in Hong Kong, and it was our first time. Seemed like a very good rate for the quality and location. Easy to step out the door and be part of the bustle of the street.
Dinner in the bar area was great and the breakfast buffet the next morning was even better.
The small pool on the roof was a nice feature too. The kids enjoyed a refreshing dip.

very comfortable stay and easily accessible to eateries,shops restaurants and shopping malls in kowloon . jordan mtr station is just 100 metres away and airport express bus pickup point is in front of the hotel.
Shopping Tip:
If shopping in the bazaars or shops for clothing without fitting rooms, always get assurance from the sales assistant if clothing can be changed if it doesn't fit. Just go to nearby toilet to test it out.

It's located on Nathan Road, very convenient for any activities there is, convenient stores, food, shopping, MTR station, bus stop, etc. The room was okay, the hot water is HOT (not warm), which was great for me personally, after all the tiredness from shopping and walking. :D It was very crowded, long queue to check in and check out. Check in at 12, get a room at 3, though email has been sent to prepare my room at the earliest. :( Luckily we can go shopping around the area while waiting for the room. Overall it was a very satisfying staying here. :
