Very nice location

All you need in a hotel is here, and can be use as a business traveller, a couple for shopping, or a family for spending vacation. You can stay spending all the perks in this hotel or simply buy outside in a local restaurant if you are in a tight budget. The facilities are okay, although rooms are quite small compare with other countires. Overall, service is great.

we enyoyed our stay,at disabled room for some reason but its okey...very nice,very clean,nice view,close to ferry harbor,walking distance to restaurants,free wifi,free computer use in the lobby,free print no additional charges

Great Hotel at a Good Location
Clean rooms, good facilities and great location

my experience staying at this hotel was positive. it is very near to jordan mtr about 10 mins walk. also, it has very good facilities such as heated swimming pool and 24hr gym. i have access to the hotel's e-club which made my stay even more pleasant. overall, it is a good stay and i would definitely go back to this hotel next time.

If you plan to stay in this Hotel, you must try to stay in their I club rooms which allow the room guests to free access to the Lounge for daily Breakfast and evening cocktail refreshments.In addition, the Breakfast and evening serving foods are good and tasty, with free flow of soft drinks and alcohol.

We stayed at the Club Room and it was an excellent choice! It allowed us access to the e-club, which has breakfast and snacks throughout the day. You can also access the computers available in the club.
We had free wifi in the room (limited to three devices) but while the connection is ok when we were in the room, we had trouble logging in after spending a day out of the hotel every time.
The hotel location is about 5 mins walk to Jordan MTR (and about a few streets away from the Temple Street night market)which was good enough for us and the airport transfer bus stopped just outside the hotel which was very convenient. I would recommend anyone to stay at the E-Club rooms in Eaton Smart HK.

Good value & good location.
eClub was excellent, staff very helpful. Location handy to transport. Comfy bed.

there are two types of club room - the one in the photo is larger, but not as good condition and doesn't have a view. we had the smaller one with a view & better condition.
club rooms generally have not bee refurbished, whereas the much smaller deluxe rooms have.
club room package is worth it for the extra sized room and the free eclub breakfast & cocktails. eclub staff also extremely friendly and helpful.
we tried the chinese restaurant in the basement - food was good, but staff made us feel uncomfortable.
longish walk into main part of kowloon, but mrt is close & easy. get an octopus card.
pool chlorine very strong & hurt my eyes badly
Shopping Tip:
15 years since i've been to hong kong. must admit we were a bit disappointed - either cheap rubbish or very expensive & hard to find good stuff in the middle.

Great Location but room too small
Good location for shoppers, easy to travel around with MTR & Buses

Location is good although take about 5-10 mins walk to Jordan MTR. Easy to travel in hong kong with public transport (i.e. MTR or buses). Most of the MTR stations have shopping centre. Street markets are not so attractive though but its good to relax by walking around after meal.

I was very dissapointed with this hotel...The room rate is more like a Five Star resort but I have to say that the standard of the rooms is more like a 2 1/2 star....and I won't be staying here again....also I would say that the rooms are in dire need of renovations as they are very much showing their age
