Good location tourist hotel

This is my second stay at the hotel due to meeting up with overseas friends visiting HK. Otherwise I probably wouldn't select this hotel. Nothing particularly wrong with it, it's just a big middle of the road package tour hotel. Rooms like all HK hotels are small but comfortable.
The online rate I paid for a couple of nights is probably not the best value for money, but if part of a tourist package the rate would probably be better.
The location in TST is good for shopping on Kowloon side and is close to major shopping centres the, jade market, ladies market etc. The hotel doesn't really have any remarkable features, just an OK tourist hotel. Check in and out is always a bit slow due to being so busy all the time.

Beautiful Hotel with Excellent Customer Service

whenever we are in hk, we will book eaton. because of the comfy bed and spacious room. the price we paid is reasonable and location is not too far from the jordan mtr. they have a heated pool which we hardly see in the hotels we go in sea. too bad we forgot to bring our swimming costumes else we would have enjoyed ourselves!
last week when we checked in, we were welcomed by very good customer service from the staff.
this made our stay even more pleasant. we will definitely come back to eaton the next time we travel to hk!
Shopping Tip:
Temple street, Ladies street are just around the hotel within walking distance.

we stayed here for 5 nights after extensive research on hotels. room size was an issue for us with a 3 year old and the club room was quite good by hk standards. the hotel is located on nathan roiad, a 5 min walk to the mtr and perfect for the street markets.
the breakfast was good, though no egg station, only pre-prepared eggs. good selection of everything else though. the staff are nice, everything works and the room was very comfortable.
a good hotel if you can get a decent price.
Shopping Tip:
Check out the Ladies Market and the Temple Street market, both very close

The service staff are all very efficient, from the front desk, the call operator and even the housekeeping. The lift is pretty fast. This hotel is very suitable if you are always rushing for meetings and work.
Everything in the room is simple and neat. It will be nice if they have a brighter white lighting fixed on top of the bathroom mirror so that the ladies have better lighting for make up.
The water pressure for the shower is very good.
Restaurant Tip:
The small restaurant opposite the hotel back entrance named Tsui Wah, serves very delicious dried tossed prawn noodles.

Nice Hotel with Great Amenities

hotel staff were friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and nicely done upon check - in.
within walking distance of about 5-10 mins to jordan mrt. easy to take cab with good concierge service.
saw that they are building mrt station near to the hotel....will visit eaton again next time when i go hk.
Restaurant Tip:
Yung Kee Roast Goose @ Central......must try.....very delicious

Small Rooms that make you feel comfortable

This is the first time I've stayed in Eaton Smart. Besides the reasonably good location, the hotel is generally well maintained and clean. The staff are friendly and efficient too. I wouldn't mind staying there again.

Staff was very helpful and friendly Great location and convenient. Would definitely stay there again. It was great that water was free for guest too.
Shopping Tip:
Very close to Temple Street night market and great restaurants around. Located right on famous Nathan Road and walking distance to the MTR.
