Compact clean rooms but in a great location

A pleasant 3 night stay with excellant service and accomadating satff on arrival.Modern clean rooms small and functional with access to all necessary services. Cafe was excellent with great coffee and cake. Valet service was of the highest standard as was that of the free transfer to rail service to airport.

Great location but small rooms
Concierge was a great help, proximity to MTR & 2 minute walk to temple street market

first time to hong kong and stayed here for 7 days with my partner. rooms were small but it was clean and comfortable. the bathroom was decent size as well. the mtr is close and temple street market is only a couple of mins away. the gym facilities are new and there is also a pool at the top of the hotel. learn some tai chi was offered by the hotel free of charge which was a great experience. overall very satisfied with eaton and would definitely come back again. food was ok but for value for money and new experiences i preferred eating out on the street stalls.

This is the 3 time we have stayed at Eaton and although we had a few hiccups in the beginning once sorted out our stay was enjoyable and we hope to stay again when returning to Hong Kong.

Very crisp and efficient in its service and amenities. Walking distance to the subway, with on-premise dining options or several Chinese restaurants just opposite the hotel.
One should however be careful about the medical and electronics stores opposite the hotel. They are tourist traps.
Travel tip:
The Kowloon City terminal is a short taxi ride away, so it makes great sense to check one's luggage in before a flight. Just be careful not to continue shopping for liquor and cosmetics unless you have plenty of time to arrange for another check in at the airport.

2005年开始如果住香港一直住这家，感受着酒店和周围的变迁。服务不用多讲，这是香港的强项，位置对游客和商务都方便。只是硬件真的老了，特别是中央空调声音，如果再没有改进，下次应该要换别家了。

clean and decent hotel, size ok

stayed here for a couple of nites. pls note you have to ask for the ironing board. it is quite small, but typical of hk. rather weird lift system as you have to go to the lobby to get to the street level.
was a decent place for its design, but i think staying on the hk island side is still better.
