no shower cap and slipper in room, need to request The hotel didn't provide the standard in-room amenities such as pen, shower cap, cotton bud, slipper. These items are normally provided in-room but the guest need to request them now. If you travel 2 person, recommend to request the room with twin-bed. The queen-sized bed is for single traveller. The staff in Eaton hotel are friendly. The location of the hotel is convenient, 5-minute walk distance to MTR. There is a convenient store(7-11) across the street.

spacious rooms,great location, great variety of food, free upgrade on check. In room information pack for the area and the hotel are not detailed enough. It was all too general. Our first experience of the place was great. A German lady at check in was very helpful and friendly. We were given a free upgrade without even requesting and the room had plenty of space as well as being very clean. The hotel has lots of very good food options and the location was perfect. Food was prepared to a very high standard at a reasonable price. I wasn't expecting to be this satisfied as web sites are normally misleading. Here though, was accurately advertised and lived up to itself and more. Would stay here again without a doubt. We have a 1 year old baby and he was very easy to handle in this hotel. A good sized cot was provided and the room was spacious enough to facilitate.
Restaurant Tip : If you're not familiar with the area, it's better to eat at the hotel before trying to find somewhere outside. The food here is amazing and traditional, so you're not missing out on the experience. Then explore the area which is packed with options for shopping and sightseeing.

good location, room is modern designed. the room is too small, and the toilet got some kind of smell. im quite satisfied with this hotel in regards of the room design, and the location. moreover,the staff are very helpful, they sorted out the problem of my toilet very soon.

prompt & polite concierge and reception staff. room is very very small, and also dusty for people with sensitive noses As many others have said, the rooms is very very small. Standard by Hong Kong room size. There's not even a proper space to put your luggage for a solo traveller, much less said 2 person sharing a room with 2 luggages! My room was dusty as well as we had sensitive noses. Overall, I will not choose to stay in Eaton in the future.
Travel tip : Do not take their laundry bags! its chargable at hkd80!

The pleasant nature of the reception staff and indeed all staff (gym, cleaners, porters etc) during incidental meetings throughout the day. The bar area did lack atmosphere although the restaurant was in a more enjoyable location. From our first moments of arrival the staff at Eaton were most cordial. The room was smaller than expected but did nothing to detract from our stay. We found that we had every convenience required. The pool and gym area are worth a visit and both seemed rarely utilised. As we always have a preference for eating local, the night market is very conveniently situated just a street, parallel away, from Nathan Road.
Jordan Station (MTR) is just 5 minutes from the Eaton Hotal entrance and a weekly MTR ticket is recommended as an excellent way to visit the many sites of Hong Kong.

convenient location, nice hotel, spacious room, pleasant staff! none that i can think of.. Stay @ Eaton was great! The hotel is very nice, I had a clean and spacious room, staff was polite and friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located near the MTR and lots of cheap and good eateries. Plus, I got a good room rate from Agoda. Will definitely go back there again if the rate is still good, cos Eaton is usually more expensive. :)

Siling is too low, rooms are small, In a good loction, friendly staff and beautiful views, however the rooms are too small adnd compact, there's hardly any place to walk. Besides that, even the bathrooms are too small. Not a place to stay if you ant to spend time in the room. It's abit pricey but te location and view is beautiful.

The hotel is accessible and conveniently located in busy nathan district. We can walk to tsimshatsu and also mengkok in 15mins time. the room though a bit small, is well facilitated. Good hotel location that is near to Jordan mtr. The service staff are polite and helpful. They are always there to help travellers who can't really speak good cantonese. The staff there can converse in good English.
Shopping Tip : 15mins walk to mengkok and u can find all those good food

The best features of the hotel include its convenience in terms of location. You can easily find laundry service, supermarket, restaurants nearby. The weakness of the hotel, I think, is the sizes of the hotel rooms. Even the deluxe rooms are small. You hardly find enough space to put your luggages. Overall, it is acceptable if this price for this hotel is under US$100 because its rooms are very small. It has a gym room and swimming pool on the 21st floor. Hotel guests can use them for free. In terms of location, you can easily find laundry service, supermarket, restaurants nearby. This hotel is best for business traveler.

Clean rooms, convenient location, good speed broadband lobby at level 4, weird layout The hotel is conveniently located along Nathan road. The value / rates really depends on the season, sometimes it is as high as 5 star and sometimes as lo as 3 star hotel.
Various tourist sopt around the vicinity for the convenience of your companion while you are at work.Close to MRT - within 3 minutes walking distance.

Good quality accomodation, efficient staff,very clean Slightly away from main entertainment area I have stayed in the Eaton several times,the rooms vary a bit in size, but all rooms I have had have been efficiently laid out with safe/desk/TV in 'the right' position for easy living.I had a de luxe room on my last stay which was excellent. the staff are very pleasant and welcoming, the rooms are very clean and the beds are really comfortable.
The evening Buffet was excellent with good choice and dishes being replenished frequently to maintain freshness.
The lifts are fast with little waiting
It is 5 mins to MTR station and 10/15 mins walk to Waterfront/Star ferry
All in all I would recommend this hotel
