i buy the big room then i come they still not prepare my room , give me to other small room , I want to change bed set but they promise nex day then next day they dont change , even fighting with me . very bad service . Romm every where is dirty not cleaning , smell .

Horrible, rude, unpleasant.
Location and nothing else.

Basically the service is horrible and the staff is rude.
1. On the 1st day, I arrived abit earlier and asked if I can leave my luggage then checkin at 2pm later, the staff was very rude and scolding and shouting that it was not possible. She can just kindly reject my request, there is no need to scold and I don't owe her a living!!!
2. The next day I forgot to off the aircon before leaving the room and was scolded again for not turning off the aircon, staff can check for aircon.
3. Stayed for 5 nights and not once was the bed made or rubbish cleared or room cleaned.
4. You have to request for your towel and there is no toilet paper provided.
5. On the third day, I had offed all the lights, tv and aircon before leaving the room but when I return at night, I found out that the tv was on and there was fresh urine stains on the toilet bowl. It was obvious that someone has used my room while I was away, this was so unethical of them.
6. Staff do not speak english, luckily I knew mandarin.
Basically nothing is good except for location.

Very bad feeling. It is not a hotel. Only 1 person working, for cleaning, for resepciton, and everything. And this person dont know english. It was a spider web in my room. Room never clean, towela and pals never chanced. Hot water very very big problem (it is only 5 minutes hot, after that cold). Air condition is not working. Wireless disconnect every 10 min and rewriting passwords again again...

The worst place we have ever stayed

The worst place we have ever stayed. The staff were so rude. We arrived early @10 am, the woman who answered the door said if she knew we were arriving to check in, she would not openthe door. We then were told to leave the lugguges by the hallway if they got stolen, they were not responsbile. This is not a hotel, the hostel would have better services. the second nite, the fire alarm light was triggereded, it was blinking all days & nite, the day we checked out it was still not fixed.

None except that the American room i had had a new renovated toilet.

Was ok, but no one cleans the room, imagine i stayed there for 4 nights. Was a bad decision to not read bout the hotel in prior as all i saw was just the cheap price for the room. But lucky me was the toilet was newly renovated or something with good water pressure.
The room was bad and really small, there wasnt enough space to even keep the luggage case open, and its only a 24 inch case. When we need to sleep it has to be closed off and tucked in the corner.
Always read the reviews before choosing.

It was not a good idea to stay there. There is no sign outside and a hole that I used as entrance not easy to find, even the bus A21 stoped in 1 min walking. Stuff didn't speak English. And you will need to use a hand-pump to remove water from the floor after you've got a shower.
