Excellent Location in busy part of Hong Kong
No External Noise, Big size bed, Bathroom had bath plus quality accessories

Stayed in a busy period - room not ready at advertised time. Staff attentive and arranged for lounge access while delay in room was sorted out.
Location is excellent with access to transport, entertainment, night life and local shopping.
With a 1 night stay, didn't get a chance to check out the pool - recreation space on the top floor.
Would stay again

Location is good and the room is nice

The hotel is quite nice but the room is small. But this is Hong Kong, so it is okay. Location is convenient with walking distance to MTR and everything.

Good hotel and service is ok
location near bars, in center of Wanchai, good bed
7.7
I had a good stay at the hotel. The hotel is located near all the bars in Wanchai. The room is good but bathroom is old. The shower also not comfortable. While I was there they decided to do a fire drill at 8.30 in the morning. And then we saw the fire exit is blocked.
Restaurant Tip:
The W hotel near Tim Sha Tsui is a very nice place to go eat lunch. It is a very nice looking and comfortable place to relax and enjoy the buffet.

The hotel was clean and well located to central Hong Kong. The price was really good at that time compared with other hotels situated that area.

Deceptively stylish lobby
Great location near subway and lots of F&B outlets open till late

Room was decent for the price paid, hard to find a better deal. Bed was comfy and everything was relatively clean though too small to open up 2 suitcases in (not unusual in HK). Bathroom was the only part I didn't like -- very old with some broken fixtures,
Good value if you just need a place to crash, and lots of eateries to keep you going till the wee hours.

Newly renovated, great location
Convenient location, newly renovated lobby
7.7
Stayed at the Empire Hotel once again during a recent weekend trip to Hong Kong, this was the 5th time I've stayed at this hotel in the past year. Great location, easily accessible by MTR, close to Admiralty/Central (quick and cheap taxi ride to Airport Express MTR station). The hotel lobby is also newly renovated, which is a welcome change from my previous stay (they had to move the lobby from G/F to 2/F). The package that I booked also included complimentary buffet breakfast, which unfortunately was very ordinary, will not do this again next time since restaurants are plentiful around the hotel which provide decent food at a low price. Due to an industry trade show/expo the hotel was very crowded during this stay, which also explained the jump in price. All in all will continue using this hotel due to its convenience.

Good balance cost-benefits
Near the Metro and the night clubs. Clean and functional
7.3
Good for business trip and who are not looking for luxury. The staff is gentle and speak English as well.
The cons, like several other hotels in HK, the internet is not free(HDK120 per day).
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Find the public basketball court near the hotel. You can play there and have some fun.
If you want to have some western food is better to go to Spaguetti House, that's just in the front of the court, the opposite side of street.
