Check in time was at exactly 2PM, room service was prompt in the delivery of what we need
Room is kinda small but ok. Well cleaned rooms.
The location of the Hotel was good. Very near Nathan road. If the front desk will have an attitude of Customer First wherein they will look for ways to answer the customer needs, it would have been great
Shopping Tip : Its very near Nathan Road and close to the MTR

Good Location. Spacious Room. Friendly staff.
It's easy to get to the hotel from the Airport. The rooms are spacious room compared to other hotels. Good location, as it is off Nathan Road and a couple of minutes walk from TST MTR Station. Clean room with spacious bathroom. Friendly staff. Being staying there for my previous trip. Will stay there again.
Shopping Tip : Zara at Harbour City - good bargain.

5-min walk to subway & is close to shops and restaurants.
Rooms are fair, internet is expensive, gym was not available, pool is not very inviting looking.

late check-in (beyond 2pm standard)
our stay wasn't as pleasant as we expected, i was kind of bit unsatisfied the way we were asked to check in around 2:45pm. we got into the hotel at 10am and asked if there's any chance we can get in earlier but i understand it's hotel's policy to check-in at 2pm. but when we were asked to wait for a long time, that's a different story, so it's a bit disappointing. maybe next time they should comply to their standard check-in time just like in any other hotels.

The hotel is well located with good rooms and excellent service
I took the hotel because I was flying in from London and looked forward to using the gym, spa, and massage after a long flight. The gym & spa facility was closed due to renovations
Restaurant Tip : Good Indian restaurant nearby

Nice location, Accessible to MTR, night market and shops
The location of the hotel was excellent for a reasonable price. However, the room seems to be a little too cramp although it's a room for two. Food, convenience shops and retails shops can be found around the hotel area. It's very near the main and popular Nathan road where you can walk around and find your way easily.

Great Location. About a 10 min walk to the MTR station and not to far away from the harbor. There is a free shuttle to/from the Kowloon station to this hotel (K4)
No free internet. The hotel staff can be pretty unhelpful at times. Hotel room seems to be falling apart -- Light fixtures came out of their slots halfway during our stay.
As mentioned above, this hotel is in a great location -- there are a lot of shops/restaurants around this area. Only about 10 mins away from the MTR station and not to far from the harbor. This hotel is also pretty clean, but seems to be falling apart -- Our light fixture was hanging by the wire halfway during the stay. Hotel staff seem to be very busy and can be unhelpful at times. One of the reasons why I booked this hotel is because I thought there would be free Internet -- The internet is NOT free. It's rather expensive.
Hotel Feature Tip : There is a free shuttle from Kowloon station (K4) to and from hotel. If you take the Airport Express, you can also check in your luggage and your flight at the kowloon station.

-right in the middle of shopping district
-plenty of taxis
-room was way too small; not enough walk way
-t.v didn't work
-no american sockets;received adapter but still didn't work
-
I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The room was horrible. The front desk personnel were very rude and not very helpful at all. The room was called city view but when I opened the curtains all I saw were very old burnt looking buildings. The window could not be opened which was very disappointing.
Shopping Tip : There are alot of shopping stores in the area.

Good location, very convenient and close to MTR & shopping centre
The furniture in the room is a bit old, i think they may need to get some new bed, furniture etc. The building around the hotel mostly are old buildings as well
Good location, very convenient and close to MTR & shopping centre. The furnitures in the room are bit old, i think they may need to get some new beds, furnitures etc . The building around the hotel mostly are old buildings as well. It doesnt look like a 4 stars hotel. I'd not go back this hotel again. If you want a 4 stars hotel, I would suggest you should go to other one.

Great location
Helpful staff
The hotel has recently been through a refurbishment program. If you stay in a newly done room they are allegedly great - wood floors, flat screen TVs and glass showers that mist electronically.
In the "old" rooms, things are not so good - huge TVs on brackets up in the room's corner and showers that flow rather than pump water.
The hotel corridors are not air conditioned so you are subject to heat walking to and from the lifts.
The hotel is in a great location for all the night life and shopping you should experience in Tsim Sha Tsui.
Hotel staff are great and very polite and helpful.
The rooms have all you need but are what are kindly called "compact". As a business traveller, there are equally priced hotels in the region that offer more space.
Nearby you have a lot of good, well priced restaurants if you want to eat out.
Restaurant Tip : Out the hotel and up the hill for 30 yards, turn left into Knutsford Terrace - loads of restaurants and some of the best value eating in the area.

Valuable price
Convenient for shopping and restaurant
Cleaning quality is not very good
A very good choice to stay at this hotel, especially compare to same price level of other hotel, it provides more efficient roon decoration to make the small room easier to stay. The location is also very convenient.

Effecient room interior decoration
Big window
Convenient neiborhood
Cleaning quality & standard not good enough
The distance to MTR is a little bit far
Combine with the good points and bad points above, it brings very valuable advantages for traveler to consider this hotel as their choice.
Travel tip : Around the hotel is easy to find restaurants & pubs & shopping and even supermarket. Except a little far to ferry. However, I will definitely consider this hotel next time.

large room / bath room for hong kong.
Closet space was limited. No where to put your suitcase other than on the floor or bed.
I would stay here again because of the room size. Location is okay, kind of off the beaten path. A little bit of a walk to the MTR,star ferry and bay walk. Staff was fine.
Cafe/coffee show which ever you prefer--nice. Did not go the pool though there was one and it look nice- was not outside.
Restaurant Tip : the nearest starbucks does not open till after 7:30 am
