All the working staff is nice and healpful, i even can buy the Disney Land and Ocean Park Ticket at the counter at the lobby hotel, Miss Counter is really kind person. But the bathroom is a little bit dirty, the cleaner does not clean it properly, and there is not even one bottle of RO water for serve free, only Evian mineral water in the fridge and the charge is expensieve.

Hotel is just at the cross road, a little bit hard to get taxi, and quite far from the MTR station.

• Hotel Feature Tip : Have to select a hotel that really is nearest to the MTR station, otherwise you will tired to dealth if you still a long way to walk back to your hotel after your whole day shopping....or playing.

It is good hotel to stay with. good location good condition & very clean. the blanket & the pillow are also new and that is good for sleeping. we required non smoking room and they provide room on non smoking floor at 15th and mountain view it's quite cool view. floor to celing glass style looks modern and helps the room look more bigger heat lamp in the restroom was vey useful even in summer season. The aircon unit is very effective and easy to adjust near the bed. However we find some problem that i get very late check-in at 5.00 pm and the fridge in the room has no freeze so my icecream melted and no shampoo for the amenity. but overall it's an ok hotel

I think the hotel should developed the room as good as they mention in the internet as the advertisement. I was suprised when I stay on the first night because the room is totally different as in my imagination and the picturse I saw in their website. However the location is the most attractive very easy for reaching the pir and star ferry boat. Once again there is the shops such as seven eleven or local HK easy store for buying the drinking water.The first day I found that my room is very hot like a sauna. I thought that the air conditioner might have some problem. It was not possible for adjust or cool down the temperature. Why we have to buy the water because the hotel did not provide the complementary drinking water inside the room for guest. I summarized that hotel price is not good enough when compared to their survice and room.

The location is good because of closed to the Nathan Road.

Room is very small and small for 2 people.

We used the hotel for one night for transfering in Hongkong from Nagoya of Japan to Kota Kinabalu. We were surprised in the small both room and bathroom. The breakfast was too expensive for the foods. However, the people such as doormen were kind. We do not think we will go to the hotel again.

The bathroom looked renovated and trendy, but didnt smell fresh/clean. The living area has a suspended TV. Internet costs about 130HKD for 24hrs, if I recall. The lobby people are very helpful. This is along Kimberly Rd, w/ Japanese Restaurant buffets and many other things.

Nice location, nice clean hotel lobby and floor hallways, elevators. Not far from MTR TST station.

They decided to rid of the fine Japanese restaurant within the hotel. I was told they will make more rooms with the vacated floor. The room (superior) had a sliding shelf as the clothing closet... this didnt feel like a superior room.

It is worth the money you pay for every night.

The decoration of the room is nice. It takes about 10 minutes to go to the nearest MTR.

It wasn't very easy for me to find the hotel.
