My first time staying in this hotel
Very near to the famous Victoria Park, close to major shopping malls and department stores, spacious

This was my first time I stayed in Excelsior Hong Kong. And I found out that it is under the Mandarin Hotel group, no wonder the service and the food quality are so good.
Yet maybe it's the peak season, the price is a little higher than other hotels in this area.
Still recommendable.

My only concern was the late check in. The reception asked me to come back after an hour. I did but the reception told me that the room wasn't ready yet. Good thing they gave me another room in an upper floor. The room was okay and the bed was comfortable. The manager sent a complimentary fruit basket. All in all, the stay was very relaxing. Another plus was the location was very convenient to the shopping centres.

Great location to get anywhere in Causeway Bay and the service is terrific even though the hotel itself is a bit old and the room is tiny. I accidentally lost my wallet during the trip and the hotel provided me with excellent assistance. Very much appreciated!!

Excelsior hotel is in causeway bay right on the harbour so harbour view rooms have a great view of the kowloon bay and the harbour marina. Theres also a number of restaurants in the area and good shopping choices.
