i've stayed in this hotel for several times already. i always enjoy its proximity to shopping & dining areas. even transportation to and from the hotel is very convenient, the only drawback are its rooms are getting old and its sizes are quite small.

The hotel location is great and convenience. There are two big shopping malls near by which are Time Square and Sogo, all is within walking distance. Shops and restaurants are surrounded. The hotel service is good and the rooms view are nice too. Those who love shopping, this location is the best. Besides, the
MTR station is just within the walking distance.

The hotel staff are very friendly and very customer-oriented. Great place for bringing children and location is very strategic. Great food too.
Shopping Tip:
Easy to move about and getting public transportation like MTR and taxis are fairly easy at Excelsior Hotel.

The hotel is in a perfect location, the biggest shopping malls are just steps away. Hotel staff are polite and helpful. The room is a bit old but still clean and neat. Recommended hotel especially for those who loves shopping in HK.

We booked the hotel for 3 nights stay. The hotel is located in a good location, just couple mins walk to Sogo. There is starbucks just next to the hotel so its quite convenient to grab quick breakfast and coffee. On the second night, our room was flooded with water from the leaking flush!! This is ridiculous since the hotel gave us the new renovated room ( they only have 4 renovated room available) we had to move the room in the middle of the night but it wasnt that bad since the staff was very polite and helpful to help us move the room. Overall, the stay was pleasant. Hotel has good facilities that worth the money paid.
Restaurant Tip:
No need to get the room with breakfast rate cuz there's a starbucks next to the hotel.

This is for the first time I got to Ecelsior, the room was small but it's clean. It closed to the shopping area like the city never sleep at night and have a lot of the good restaurant around that hotel.

we are local hong kong, and we spent 2 nights at excelsior hotel because our home was having renovation. we booked the excecutive floor, but the room is so small that it just liked a standard room. facility is old, but cleaniness is okay. the worst is we were accomodated on the smoking floor (reason was hotel was very full..), when we entered the room, the first impression is very strong smell of cigarettes and i thought we inhaled quite a lot of smokes during that 2 nights stay. the point is i brought my 3 yrs old daughter.
