Direct shuttle from the Airport Express. The staff from the bellboys to housekeeping were exceptionally attentive to your every need. Front desk was a breeze for checking in and out.

It was definitely a good experience to stay in this hotel. First night we were bring upgraded to stay in their presidential suite. The room is superb and the view is great. I would say it is the best hotel room to enjoy the fireworks in victoria harbour. Service was great. There are free drinks and food especially for people who staying in executive floor. Two minutes walking distance to sogo and mtr station. Would love to visit and stay the same hotel again. Even the housekeeping also very polite.

The hotel provides a great harbor view. The rooms are neat and comfortable suitable for long stay. Just a few minute walk and will arrive to the center part of Causeway Bay. Plenty of great restaurants to choose from. There is a local bar located at the hotel lobby.

It's a good hotel in the best area. The staff service also excellent, quick. But the room a little bit too small.
Travel tip:
If you like shopping in the Causewaybay area, it's a perfect location.

Very close to MTR station, clean rooms, and courteous hotel staff.

We only stayed at this hotel overnight but we had a great time. The rooms were spacious and clean. The reception and concierge team were very efficient and polite. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Travel tip:
Take the MRT to go any where if you stay in Excelsior hotel which only a few minute away.

i love that the hotel is in a strategic location and there is a lot of shopping centre. the food in the hotel also awesome as i think its the best pecking duck so far in hongkong. i really love to eat goose as well in hongkong and it is near from the hotel. too bad it doesnt have a pool.

good experience as staff is considerate and helpful to find another room at the same floor by next day. it would be better if the hotel pays special attention to bookings of 2 or more rooms to put guests on the same floor. for me, it is bad experience as i need to take a different lift to access to the other room on a family travelling.
overall it is a pleasant experince with the staff being friendly and helpful to provide information to move around.
Restaurant Tip:
Strongly recommend that first time traveller to Hong Kong must book and enjoy the varieties of food showcasing the local cuisine at its cafe for buffet dinner at a reasonable price
