Perfect location, very convenient, near the MTR station, Times Square across the street, nice surroundings Such perfect location! Siatuated in the heart of shopping haven Causeway Bay, this hotel is perfect for business travellers, shoppers, tourists or just about anyone. The infamous Times Square is just across the street and just a block away from the MTR station. This hotel is perfectly located in the middle of busy and exciting streets of Causeway Bay with a very energizing surroundings.

easy to go anywhere, near the MTR just walk a few steps to get there. it's in Downtown near the beijing lu street. Concluded that it's the best place for staying here ... and clean and very good breakfast at the highest floor to c point of view. it's far from the train station and the exhibition center if they don't have the shuttle bus, it's hard to go in each place.
This hotel is 4 star, where is very clean, easy to go shopping in any places. Moreover, this place has very nice point of view. When you look out of the window, you will see the main river which is stand in the Guang Chou city. Moreover, it's easy to go out for night's life. There are many pub & restaurants. Furthermore, there is the best seafood restaurant next to the hotel.
So, whenever you come back the hotel, you can take the rest in any choices as much as you want all day time and night time

Very central location: shopping, eating, MTR.
Free wired internet connection.
Free breakfast was good quality.
Staff was quick and professional, made check in and check out painless. Super convenient location, next door to Times Square (shopping, eating, etc) and Causeway Bay MTR. Rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. Small couch pulls out to a bed, so a good fit for a family of four: 2 adults in the big bed and 2 kids on the couch. Wired ethernet connection is FREE and reliable. Standard western breakfast included and was actually well cooked: two eggs, bacon, hash browns, toast, coffee. There was a congee option, and a salad option that looked pretty good. This is not a luxury hotel, but I was not missing anything and the rates are very good for Hong Kong. Will definitely come back.
Travel tip : Buy an MTR pass at the airport on arrival, for the length of your trip... it'll save you time and hassle. On the way back, check in to your flight at the MTR check in gate before entering the airport, you won't have to lug your bags around as far.

Great Location, located behind Time Square A little pricy. Room is not as good as Chengdu Holiday Inn Express. If you are looking for convenient, this is a great choice. Breakfast is provided not by the hotel but one of the restaurant in the same building. If you stay for long period, the breakfast will bored you as it comes with 3 sets menu. It got changed every week.

Great location, just next to Time Square.
Hotel is pretty old, carpet is not so clean and TV is small If you would like to do lots of shopping and eating, this is a great hotel to stay because of its great location. Located behind Time Squre, Causeway Bay.
I find the hotel needs a face lift as it is not as clean as I expect. Holiday Inn / Holiday Inn Express generally has pretty high standard.
Breakfast is not attractive, served in a western restaurant in the same building, not much choice.
The lift in the building is quite confusing.

Good deal price. Holiday inn express serves its name. Very startegic location for shopping. Close to times square and MTR station. it was raining when I stayed there which was very incovenient, luckily the hotel is very near, just accross the street from lane crawford side doors. So we could just cross the street and continue our journey underground thru MTR exits. Room was clean but it is a small room. It is meant for people who just need to sleep only. Amenities were complete. Breakfast was ala carte, so it's not the typical american breakfast. Service was also good. I asked 2 extra mineral water at midnight, they deliver straight away. Late check out @ 2pm!
Shopping Tip : You could find all famous brands in times square or causewaybay area. If you're looking for different atmosphere. Go to MTR station to ride for central, TST, or pacific place

- Front desk people are very helpful As the name of this hotel suggests, Express by Holiday Inn is an express hotel, no frills on the side. Location is in the heart of Causeway. Very Near the MTR if you want to go to different parts of Hong Kong. Located at the Back of Lane Crawford where people go gaga over shopping. Name what brand you're looking for, expect it to be there. Breakfast in the hotel is not the usual buffet you you would expect. You will choose from 4 sets and the Set A which is the American is my favorite. Since this would be first HK Trip as an adult, I was full of questions where I would want to go. The front desk helped me translate all the english words I have from my research. The room is enough to be shared by 4 guests. The sofa can be transformed to a bed. Another strong point is the Free internet located at the back of the escelator which I was not aware of. If you're looking for a good hotel to stay definitely Express by Holiday Inn is a good choice for a group of family or friends.
Shopping Tip : SHOPPING: Lane Crawford has the most number of brands in the mall I've ever seen in Causeway. Add to that is Ben & Jerry's ice cream.
Food: Try Delicious Kitchen which has the BEST Porkchop rice and Tendon:)
Another must try is the famous mango dessert. Try it with coconut milk.
The famous mapa is another must try.

Excellent location right next to the renowned Lane Crawford/Times Square shopping mall. Check-in and check-out are all D-I-Y experience with no concierge to help out with your luggage whatsoever. The hotel is ideally located next to the back side of the well-known Times Square/Lane Crawford shopping mall at Causeway Bay; Best suited for shopaholics. The down side is that the room is relatively small and cram and may not be suitable to family with children. Moreover, there isn't any porter to carry/bring up your luggage; More cons to family with children. Hence the hotel name implies, "By Express".
Hotel Feature Tip : Instead of randomly catching taxis at the hotel entrance try walking a couple of minutes across the road to Times Square to its designated taxi stand where abundant taxis are available and the queue is fast. It is more efficient!

- Very close to Causeway Bay MTR, Time Square exit, however, still very long walk within Causeway Bay MTR to get to that exit.

- all in one = shampoo, conditioner and body soap!!! Not the most pricy, but still not very worthed..
although it is within the Causeway Bay area and close to MTR and shopping malls
the staff are pretty polite and friendly....got a free breakfast coupon!! the breakfast is so so, but the waitress has no concept of what customer services is!!
long wait to get check in and out.
overall, not a bad hotel! But i don't think i'll choose this hotel again!

I'd like Express by Holiday Inn at first time I checked in, fast & smooth. Hotel staff are all helpful with good service mind.
Its location is in the heart of shopping area, Causeway Bay, next to Time Square!
I asked for two hours late check out due to my flight sked., they offered with no additional charge! impressive! I don't find any inconvenience staying here! will surely be their return guest if I travel to HongKong. The hotel offers reasonable price with high quality of service & standard. Hotel room is new and equiped with necessary in-room facilities. Near MTR, 2 minutes walk, and shopping area, next to Time Square and near SOGO. There's also local restaurants near the hotel, convenient store and bakery shop. I recommend this hotel for those who love shopping in HongKong!

Accessible, close to shopping malls, lots of small boutiques around the hotels, many foods can be found around the hotel, close to MTR station, really recommended for shopaholic No bell boy so you need to bring up and bring down your luggage. When it's empty it's OK, but when you check out and bring heavy luggages and lots of hand carry, that's troublesome.
Size is small good for 2 a bit crowded for 3 people. Love the location of the hotel, recommended for shopaholic. Recommended for family with kids because it's close to shopping malls, so whenever you have any urgent stuffs to buy, you just walk across the street and you can get whatever you want. But sizewise is to small for a family to stay, probably you need to upgrade to a bigger size room.
