great location but you have to walk 1 floor

We stayed for 3 nights. the hotel is on 3rd floor of a run down commercial building.
we have to take the elevator to 4th floor and then walked down 1 floor. Slight inconvenience esp if you carry heavy baggabe. Location is great, in the heart of Kowloon shopping and dinning district. MRT is just 5 minute walk. The rooms is small but this is typically Hong Kong. However, it is clean and during ouur stay, quite quiet. The staffs are friendly.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is right in the boundary of Yaumati and Mongkok, the major shopping areas of Hong Kong.

the room is very small, good thing i was by myself because the room is definitely not for 2 guests. several of the guests in the other rooms have to leave their baggage outside!!! the only reason i booked a room at this hotel is because my sister was paying for my trip and i wanted to minimize my expenses as much as i can otherwise i would have not stayed in this hotel!!!!
Shopping Tip:
Near Nathan Road where lots of shops are located.

Good location, the room is clean but very small

The location is good coz close to MTR and Nathan road.
We can find s.th to eat and shop around easily.
The room and the toilet is quite clean.
However, the room is so small so it is not quite confortable.
The staff can't speak english, but they are really helpful, friendly and kind.
The room that has windows is better. pleaes reserve and inform them inadvance.
Because the room is very close to the road, so sometime a little bit too noisy.

overall is a good stay. nice and clean room. good location near to mtr exit. and walking distance to ladies market and temple street. convenience of many food choices. also have 7-eleven just below the hotel which is nice as can get drinks and snacks anytime.

the hotel is located very near to the yau ma di mtr. it is walking distance of 1min from the station. As for food, there are alot of nice and cheap eatery shops located very near to the hotel. the hotel is small but clean. The best part of the hotel is the location and room services. you can roam around nearby with alot of shops and eatery. The hotel service is quite efficient and good.
