La Brasserie
The atmosphere in the traditional Parisian-style brasserie setting is created by brass fittings, beveled mirrors and leather banquettes. The menu features traditional home cooking, accompanied by an extensive selection of wine. La Brasserie provides a pleasant and unpretentious atmosphere for romantic dining and business entertainment.
For busy executives, the restaurant offers Pierre's Luncheon, handwritten in true bistro style on a handsome beveled mirror. Changing daily, it offers a choice of appetizers, main courses plus a glass of wine, followed by dessert and coffee or tea. Pierre's Luncheon is available from Monday to Saturday. Reservations are recommended. Located on the Lower Lobby floor. Open: Lunch - 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm, Dinner - 6:30 pm to 11:30 pm

The homely feel of the Coffee Mill is distinct, with soft-tone fabrics, light wood finishes and a combination of carpeting and natural tiling.
Black granite built-in buffet counters feature a seafood display, carvery and soup station, and allow for a formidable range of delicious specialties to be presented in a most attractive manner. A tempting selection from our pastry kitchen, with delicious European cakes and pastries together with delightful Asian desserts, completes a true dining experience.
The Coffee Mill is the ideal place for a refreshing snack, tempting buffet or complete meal from the à la carte menu.

The Tartan Bar embodies the best of Scotland's heritage, making it the ideal place for a quiet drink to unwind after a hard day's work or a convivial evening. The bar boasts a dazzling array of Scotch; more than 40 brands are available, ranging from standard and premium to deluxe and malts, to satisfy the most discerning palate. Live nightly piano entertainment except on Sundays. Open: 12:00 noon to 1:00 am

exellence location for shopping,clean room and good view. why the maid knocked the door so early morning asking for clothes to wash? I had no first impression at this hotel but after a long long
walk in day time,the very clean bed delight me so much.
This hotel gives good care of bed items ,I will come again for sure.
The harbour view from my window is a great too.
Travel tip : Sweet Dynasty has excellence menu of dessert,don't miss.
The restaurant is just opposit the hotel.

even if it's not the new Hotel but for the condition is so comfortable and convenient. Nothing much maybe the room have to make up more neat.
