i must say that the fixtures in the rooms are terrible.
very old and entire room , bathroom , carpet,tables and chairs are old.
i probably wont stay there again and hope they improve it.
this is my second time staying there.
Shopping Tip:
near to all the shops and malls and resturants too.

as soon as we arrived, the hotel staff were very attentive. from entering the hotel, someone will open and hold the door for you. at the reception area, the hotel staff were doing a good job of taking care of everyone lined up in front of them and they were very courteous. the concierge staff were efficient in bringing our luggages to our respective room. and last but not the least, the housekeepping staff were very hospitable and took care of our every need in our room. we would come and stay at marco polo gateway again.

very good location in Kowloon you can get everything you need eating shopping duty free and to the underground is just a few minites walk very good service but the room is a bit small and need renovate The matress is too hard for me

This hotel has the perfect location for a leisure stay in hong kong. Walking distance to ferry and MTR. Many restaurants and bars nearby. Top location for super shopping. Friendly staff and nice rooms. Very good quality/price ratio. Swimming pool available at marco polo hotel. The rooms are perfect

The Staff was friendly but the rooms were dated, carpet could be changed, decor was basic. The beds were comfortable.

its my first stay in gateway as i arrived at this hotel, all i can see beside are shopping mall and high end brand boutique near to it. Over all stay is so good, the room are huge for 2 person and there's a nice walking closet between the room and the living area. Its picey but its worth it.

checking in is the first thing you experience in a hotel. unfortunately, ours wasn't a pleasant one. we were asked to wait for 4 hours for the type of room we initially requested. they said they were fully booked at that time. we didn't bother to wait since we were so tired and just wanted to rest. apart from that, the room was clean and comfy. comfort room was big. location can't get any better for tst.

conveniently located near malls, restaurants, luxury stores, supermarket, toy store, name it, they have it.. big beds, great staff, clean rooms, generous amenities and value for money specially if you get promo rates from Agoda..
Travel tip:
book early at Agoda to get early bird promos because as your travel dates draws closer availability of rooms lessen and rates get higher
