staffs were nice, location is good but the rooms are old and smelly, i was placed in a smoking floor despite of having young children. it was fully booked and i was not transferred to another floor.

we had a great stay at the hotel. we arrived earlier before our check in time and we were given a room immediately. near most shopping malls so very convenient for shoppers. staffs are very accommodating and the service was great :) quite expensive but worth the value you paid for...

easy access to grocery, shopping and food just below the hotel. Easy access to Ferry, Taxi and lots of shopping most wonderful is the near by symphony of lights around 8pm and avenue of stars.

My Home Away From Home
Very courteous, attentive, helpful and friendly staff!

While the hotel has always benefited from its great location, it has improved in creating a friendlier and more service-oriented staff. Every request was handled with a smile.
Another great idea was the Pillow Menu, where we got to choose the type of pillow that gave us a more restful sleep.
We will surely return to this hotel in our future trips!

it was a very good hoilday before easter. We just plan to do some shopping in Hong Kong. And a fd of my husband has booked this hotel which is near all the branding shops in Tsim Sha Shui, so easy to get there and so easy to get shopping as well.
Shopping Tip:
no need to get much cash with you. all can use card around there

Location and price are the most conern by us to consider. Royal Pacific Hotel & Towers placed at tsim sha tsui, where is very convenience for travellers to go every where. We are easy to find way to shopping, eating and travelling. Hotel facilities are enough for guest to enjoy. Price is reasonable compare with nearby hotels. Rooms size and interior setting is modern and clean. It is really a best choice in Hong Kong.
