great location and good service
it's located in the biggest mall in kowloon and everything is just a few minutes walk. so accessible

we arrived at noon but was only able to get one room upon check-in. the other 4 rooms were ready only at 4 pm. however, their concierge services accommodated our luggages and we were able to leave the hotel and start our food and shopping trip.

Everytime i go to Hong Kong, I always stay here because of its convenient location. The MTR station is just few blocks away, the mall is right there in the building, and the room is big. However, this time, I requested that they give me two beds, but they gave me one queen bed. Next day, they transferred us to a bigger room, sort of like an upgrade. I will still stay here next time.

Great Location
Nothing beats the location of the Gateway Hotel

The Gateway Hotel has the best location for shopping and dining. There is an ongoing renovation on certain parts of the hotel during our stay but we were never bothered by it. I'm looking forward to our next stay at the Gateway hopefully with renovated rooms by then.

this hotel located in the center of shopping street so, you can choose several great menu here. the shopping arcade of the hotel is the great place for shopping the city outlet located not really far from the hotel. the most important thing is you will get comfortable room with a big space in the great location.
Restaurant Tip:
Direct to Din tai fong for meals and go along to sweet dynasty for great sweet.

the hotel location is great, room fixtures too old, bathroom, decor etc. service is good. checking -in is ok.
amenities is acceptable.
so happen this period ,they are undergoing so renovation. can hear drilling going on.
i will stay again in this hotel if they finishing renovating the rooms.

the 1 bedroom suite was priced similarlynto a delux room typical to newer fancier hotels. if you prefer space over aesthetics then this would be a good option. big sized living room, walk in closet with double doors connecting the sala and the bedroom. very clean but a bit dated. location is perfect for shoppers.
Shopping Tip:
Thenhotel is right smack in the middle of the biggest longest indoor shopping center in HK. Shops from middle to high end are all here.
