the elevator access card was broken. the check in staff is pretty slow which took about 30 minutes for checking in. the room is new but not well designed. the bed is very uncomfortable. the pillows are very stingy.

i had a wonderful stay in marco polo.since i was travelling with my 3 kids, a regular room will be small for us.so i requested for an upgrade and they did just that!they understood the need of their clients.that is why everytime im in hong kong i usually stay in marco polo
