Great Location, nice service

Super Location
I have been stayed at Marco Polo Gateway for many times because of its location. Just a walk from hotel bring you Harbour City, the very great mall in HK. You can shopping, dinning and come back to rest in your room without hassle. Only con I can think of is, the hotel is pretty old even it keeps up for some fixing, you can find other brand new hotels with same price, but not as good as Marco Polo location though.

good location with good service. hotel's staffs work professional with good service. located in the heart of kowloon very easy to shop and eat nearby. room is quite big comfort and useful

location is centrally located and easily accessible by different modes of transport.
conveniently located at major shopping areas.
hotel service level is prompt and great and they went the extra mile to accomodate to out requests for extra beds to transferring items from the marco polo group.
was disappointed with the hotel rooms as the furniture seems a bit jaded for a five star. their tv channels are boring and i was expecting to view more of their local channels.

Nice hotel, perfect location
located within best shopping area and restaurants; near ferry and mtr; very helpful concierge

We wanted a relaxing comfortable weekend getaway and that's what we got! The hotel is located right in the middle of the famous Harbour City and Ocean Terminal shopping center! Even when it rains, all the buldings are connected which made it most convenient for us. All the shops and delicious reataurants were within walking distance. Very near the Ferry too---just to cross to Hong Kong side, if you want to go to Central and explore the restaurants and shops there too. The concierge was very efficent and helpful. He found and made all our reservations to the fine dining restaurants we wanted to try.

it is the first time i booked a suite room for me and my mom. it was a good choice because the room was very spacious, making it easy for us to entertain our relatives from hk when they came to visit.

almost perfect but rooms desperately need overhaul

My family and I used to frequent this hotel during the 90s and easrly 2000. What we love about MP Gateway is their location and size of rooms are huge compared to other hotels in HK. But, thru the years, they have not even renovated the rooms. My husband and I during our stay a couple of weeks ago were really disapppointed about the condition of the rooms. Our bathroom had a leak. Cabinets are too old and and misaligned already. Our mini ref had a rotten apple inside. Some pillowcovers had stains. Really hope the management can do something about refurbishing their rooms so that their loyal guests will never think twice of going back.

The location is the best , it is in the shopping center and has a lot of shops around. The room is very big for twin bed , each bed is big enough for two persons. It has shuttle bus connect from airport express which is very convenience.It has delicious restaurant around the hotel as well.
Shopping Tip:
It is in the Ocen Terminal Shopping Center and has outlet nearby.

The hotel has the best location for everything ie. shopping , business , adult and kid. It has shops fpr everybody and need. The room size is very big and convenience. A lot of dilicious restaurants are around the hotel.Transportation is also convenience , you can use shuttle bus from Hong Kong Station to connect from airport express.
Restaurant Tip:
Delicious restaurant around the hotel.

if you come to hong kong to dine and shop, this is a place where you should stay. located right in the middle of shopping center, you can walk right into the heart of luxury shopping as well as variety of dining selections. it's also very close to mtr and airport link.
