classy hotel and good service

Our stay would have been perfect except for the noise during daytime due to renovations being done in the hotel. I miss the old lobby and entrance along Canton Road. The room was clean and big, big bathroom with new fixtures, good air conditioning, big beds, large plasma tv, with free fresh fruits and bottled water everyday. Toiletries are replenished everyday. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

i always choose gateway marco polo because price wise, it aint so expensive. location is best, rooms are well lit, although a bit old.

Well Appointed Hotel with Large Comfortable Rooms
The Room is large and very comfortable

We booked 3 rooms at Marco Polo Gateway Hotel for 4 nights. My sibblings and I decided to take my 93 year-old mother and were very, very happy with the Hotel. The room was large and very comfortable, the toilet amenities, daily fruits were a welcome treat to the family.
The hotel is strategically located with a huge shopping complex connecting several establishments. It was really a great stay at the Gateway Hotel particularly with its renovation. We will continually book and stay at Gateway in our future trips to HK.

no problems about the checking in and outgoing, hotel attendants and counter personnel are very friendly and helpful especially bringing luggage in and out the hotel. lift up is good no problems encountered during our stay. my family enjoyed very much and want to go vacation again in hongkong staying again to your hotel. everything is in the vicinity of the hotel shopping, restaurants w/ fine dining. its okey.thank you.

hassle free from airport to the airport express and to the free shuttle that will drop you off to gateway hotel. a lot of shop just across the street. h&m, dfs etc. also just below are a lot of designers brand. gucci, lv, chanel and inside the harbour centre more hundreds more stores. i will definitely go back and stay here again.

A nice city hotel

The hotel is located at the city centre and very near to the main shopping malls. The staff are very nice and friendly. The hotel room is clean and tidy. The food is also nice. It is generally a good hotel and we will definitely come again for the next time.

great location. it had been my home away from home for several years. very near mtr station and lots of shops open til late at night. very near the hong kong china ferry terminal and the star ferry terminal. a very good chinese/taiwanese restaurant just across at silvercord - the din tai fung

The big is big enough for 2 adults and 2 child that age 4 & 7. walking distance to many tourist attractions. Many shopping centres & local restaurants around the hotel.

A complete hotel where you don't have to go far
Gateway Marco Polo is connected to 2 malls, Star Ferry and you're right at the center of Tsim Sha Tsui tourist district

The hotel rooms are quite old and it's time for renovations but they are already doing that. This also means that you'll hear drilling and hammering during the day. Other than that, this hotel is super convenient for shopping and dining. It's 5 minutes away from the Kowloon Station. It's connected to Harbour City and Ocean Terminal. All the major luxury brands (i.e. LV, Prada, Gucci, Hermes, etc) are right at its doorsteps. The Star Ferry is located at the end of the road. It's at the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui District which means lots of good restaurants nearby. It's a really perfect hotel for shopping and dining.
