hotel can be accessed by airport express shuttle bus line k2 for just 5 mins. bus stopped at the back of the hotel. hotel is located at gateway shopping mall with direct access to/from the shopping mall itself. therefore; no worry about shopping and dining. if not interested in shopping mall, walk outside the hotel, you will find yourself in the middle of tsim sha tsui shopping street. also just 5 mins walk to star ferry terminal. just one draw back, there was a construction inside the hotel and staffs did not inform me properly, so that my staying was a little disappointed with annoying construction noise.

i ask for a refurbished room. check in early, rm was not ready but good that they sent me an sms room was ready before 1pm. to those who frequents this hotel, no hotel can complete on its location. right smacked in the center of harbour city where almost everything is a walk away.
now going back to the refurb room, sparsely decorated but nice. the safe now is in one of the drawers kind of weird. another thing that irked me was the water heater for coffee/tea is now difficult to remove from the drawer. unlike before were everything [coffee, tea, sugar etc on a tray] now you have to pry it out one by one and set it up on the counter.
in the toilet, they removed the bathtub and enclosed the shower in glass. to me it looked like the spaced shrunked and feels like it too. i guess thats an improvement?
they finally replaced the tv and offer free internet at last.

comfortable and mordern hotel

The hotel is a little distance from the Mall road. However, once inside the hotel, it is extremely comfortable and refreshing. Clean rooms and toilets, excellent staff - lovely garden well kept and even an apple tree! I booked rooms facing either sides of the hotel and all had lovely views.
