Great location but poor staff performance

On the bright sight the hostel is right in the middle of town.
Staff performance was extremely poor:
- when we arrived they did not have our booking
- TV and power points in our room did not work. When we spoke to the staff they knew about the issue but just shrugged their shoulders.
- Internet in the room did not work. Staff told us they would fix it which did not happen.
- When we booked one more night, we were told it would be fine to pay later. However, at 11:30 PM we were woken up by the staff demanding that we pay immediately.
Also bed and shower were full of hairs.

It was ok, though too small bathroom. Clean room, but should ensure that beddings are changed at least every other day.

Glad we didn't have to stay long. The description of the place was misleading as it did not indicate that it is part of the Chungking Mansnion which we did not want to stay in.

Friendly staff, clean but rooms are too small, small elevators and you have to wait for a long time, lots of Indian/pakistani people in the area:(

Billeted in a different hostel

We arrived before midnight because our flight was delayed. When we went to the 10th floor for the registration, we gave our voucher and was surprised that we were billeted to a different hostel "Paris Guesthouse" instead.
We were tired and sleepy so, we did not question the hostel attendant plus the fact it's kind of hard to communicate with them
Paris Guesthouse on the other hand, is also neat but we wondered why it was not given to us, considering we were already booked and as per their listing, we were supposed to be billeted there.
