It is a very nice hotel. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and spacious with pandemic view.

Far from the main city. Shuttle bus are always full, its schedule should run more frequently than hourly.

First of all, the price for staying in Golden Sand hotel apartment is much cheaper if compare with other same grade hotels, it's affordable and the room provided is comfortable, clean, big space. Beside, the kitchen is equipped with utensils that needed for cooking in the room, which is convenient for me to cook myself there! The location of the hotel are also convenient to those shopping malls and also streets which is famous for electronic stuffs. Well, Golden Sand provided a comfortable stay for me while travelling in Dubai!

Great location, free shuttle bus service to the airport, comfortable living, reasonable price.

Lack of public transport nearby.

• Shopping Tip : There's streets selling electronics stuffs with just walking distance around 5 minutes from the hotel. Go grab some for those who wanted to look for electronic stuffs!

Overall, the hotel provided the great service witht a comfortable room and useful guide from the reception. Anyway, it's located too far away from the city centre and those tourist spot, which causes inconvenience. it's more like a hotel for relaxation! The seaview is nice and the facilities provided in the hotel are satisfactory. In conclusion, it's a great place for those who look for a quiet place for summmer vacation who trying to get rid of those busy routine, but for those who look for shopping and game park, it's not that convenient!

Family with two children . We enjoyed the three day stop over at this hotel. Is is extremely family friendly. Very helpful front of house staff.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Gold Coast Hotel. The setting is lovely and the layout of the hotel offers guests a wonderful view from their room. I particularly enjoyed the fact that I had a terrace to step out on and enjoy the view more fully. I think the rooms could be furbished better for a 4 or 5 star hotel. The carpet in my room looked stained and old. I found the bed too firm and there was not much they could do about that. Overall my experience was very good. I liked the food in the restaurant and the staff were exceptionally nice.

Huge terrace, very friendly staff, good food, welcome 'basket' of fruit was nice gesture, very deep bathtub. Great if you take a bath before bed.

Carpet in room needs to be replaced. Beds very hard when you are used to hotel rooms in the States. Duvet cover had a hole in it one day! No hot water in the basin on the first day. Very limited selection of English language TV channels. Women's steam room closed while I was there I hated all the garish cartoon figures in the lobby!

• Shopping Tip : Buy your drinking water at the local supermarket rather than from the hotel.

It is a very memorable holiday for my family. There is a good service in hotel. Also, as it is too near to the beach, it is very happy for us, especially for my son, to enjoy playing in the beach. Relax! Relax and Relax! After this holiday, we really hope that we will have an accommodiation here in the very near future.
