The hotel is quite near the MTR station , which is about 10 meter away from the station , so I find out it very easy . The room is very cleanning and the boss is very patient . Since it is the first time I go to HK , so I ask many questions about HK , the boss tells me everything she know , answer every question of mine . I am very happy about it .

Nice hotel although it looks old
Nice receiption, good location and no stairs
8.3
We usually come back late and the hot water supply is turned off. It's ok after telling her not turning off during midnight time. But we have had cold water bath for 2 nights already (it's was 4am... although it's late, why motel has hot water supply only within certain time period??)
Anyways, after talking to the nice receiption, everything is fine and so far its a nice motel with such low price.

Moved to much smaller, dirtier place - not happy
3
arrived at time arranged - on one there. rand a number, someone then turned up and had to hump case a few blocks to another place. Room only 16 inches wider than bed, shower a hand held shower head with only enough space to use when sitting on toilet. Stayed 3 nights, no clean sheets, towels (which had to be asked for)and not even trash cans emptied.

since we know that the property price in HK is quite high and the room is very clean in HK , however I am very surprised that this hotel is qutie big ( compare with other private licensed hotel ) . The boss is very nice and patient , she tells us every information she knows , and give us many suggestions to save money .

Good location with tiny room
The location is great, close to MRT and bus stops, easy to come from Airport. Plenty of Shops and restaurants around and easy public transport to go any where in Hong Kong

Actually it is not a hotel, rather serviced guest house with tiny little rooms. The furniture are very old and basic. There is no teabag or water bottle in the room. When I arrived the reception who does not speak any English, called some one and hand over the mobile to talk. From the discussion it came out that the room will be only available after dinner time! After my insistence that I need a room now, they eventually gave me a room 6x6 ft size. It was a tiniest room I have even seen my life. My booking was for a double bed room! There is no service in this guest house, but the room was clean, hot water, AC and TV.
I will not recommend to stay in this place for this sort of money.

Not a hotel, it is a guest house
3.3
this is not a hotel at all, it is a registered guest house. the building is old and there are no signs on the building the only thing visible is a banner outside the door which is not english, terrible for non local language speaking customers. if you are looking for a hotel, this is not one. deceiving advertising!

clean, location is near MTR station

The location of this hotel is quite near the MTR station, which is about 10 meters away from the exit. The room is quite clean. Since it is in the central of HK, so we could go to everywhere by bus or MTR there . The boss is quite nice , she told me how to find out the cheap food there. I will choose this hotel next time.

Just a bed and a roof over your head.
Convenient and easy access.
6.7
Firstly, the hotel is located in one unit on one floor of an old building. There are only 4 rooms, and the place is very dark, cramped and dreary. Secondly, there are only the barest-basic amenities provided (no towels, hot showers or complimentary tea/ coffee), and the wifi signal is intermittent and appears to be turned off between 1am-8am (could not connect to wifi during this time). Thirdly, the place is staffed by one lady who can't speak a word of english. She only speaks cantonese, which may pose a communication problem to non-cantonese-speakers. She keeps the lights off most of the time, and the whole place looks dark and dreary as a result. As a solo traveler, I actually found the place quite spooky because throughout my entire stay, I did not see a single other guest/ person in the hotel apart from the cantonese-speaking lady.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Bring a torch when you stay here, as the foyer/ reception area is forever dark and dreary.

This is a convenient flat that is operated as a hotel. The size of the rooms are what you will expect in a city where space is a premium. It will be a tight squeeze for more than two people in the room. The receptionist is extremely friendly.
This is a great hotel for people who are on holiday. It is close to Mong Kog MTR and with all the shops around there, you cannot go wrong. You do not have to worry about eating in the hotel as everything is nearby. The only downside of the hotel is that it is not suitable for a business traveler who may want a table or desk to work for long hours. If you are comfortable working on the bed, then fear not.
Shopping Tip:
Great location for shopping and travelling to other parts of Hong Kong by MTR.
