Very nice business hotel with great views
Excellent Service, beautiful hotel with excellent views of HK Harbor, Harbor Ferry close

I recommend this hotel for the business traveler. The Hyatt Steak House is excellent for Western Style thick steaks. Will return again. High Tea service is an afternoon requirement even if you must have a dirty martini.

Great location, very expensive at convention times
Next door to Hong Kong Convention center.Part of Wanchai nightlife area. Excellent staff

Hotel was full so check in was not as advised when I arrived. Staff need to pay attention to detail as light bulbs that were out were not replaced when I stayed there for 4 days. For the price of the hotel I expect all the small annoying things are right.

Excelent hotel nice resturants and a champagne lounge. in Wan Chai very near to Central Hong kong and in the middle of all the action or near a ferry where you can go to kolown in a heart beat.

Breakfast on the 30th floor with wide selection of asian and western choices, cocktails at same location after 5pm

Very convenient lcoation. Comfortable beds. Main criticism is poor access if using free shuttle bus from train station - rather than stopping at main entrance and receiving assistance with luggage the bus stops at the convention centre and guest need to negotiate two flights of stairs and a heavy swing door with luggage.
