Good business hotel

I liked my stay, but the hotel is a bit old and requires renovation. At the moment there is renovation on some floors and it does not bother. Alive music is played in the lobby and in tha bar, staff is super attentive. Food and restaurants are good. Yet compared to other Hayatt hotels the one in HK still looks old and old fashioned.

From the time we get off from taxi, the staff already greeted us with big smile and warm welcome. Anytime we require any assistance including road direction and room amenities, the staff immediately provide the best solution.

We only stay here because of the location. Its convenience to the convention center when work is close by. If I am a tourist on leisure, I'd rather spend this much money on a much cosy and homy hotel than the Hyatt. Despite we have stayed here for so many times and always stay over long period of time, there is never any benefit form the hotel side. Spending much for a night you still have to pay for internet, for breakfast and for everything you try to do out of the rules of this hotel. I wish the personal in Hyatt can be less snobbish as the hotel itself. For what reason they are like they are, I have no clue!

i thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hyatt, and found in particular the staff be polite and professional. the food was also quite good.
the only downside to my experience there was the coffee i had in the hotel cafe - i ordered a flat white, and got a huge mug of a watery liquid which possibly may have been a flat white, but i wasn't sure.
however that did not in any way minimise the great experience i had there, i am looking forward to my next trip to hk and staying at the hyatt.
