Convenient and near MTR station
Convenient, Accessibility & Friendly staff
Bigger room space as compared to others. Second time booking and stays. The hotel is undergoing some renovation to improve better services to customers. Although is quite noisy during the day when they start the work and making the lift services quite slow. But, I guess we can expect a better quality and warm stay the next time around.

The rooms were not ready when we try to check in at 2pm. Made to Wait for about an hour at the lobby (not enough chairs available for guests)...The hotel does not seems to value its guests..a lot of noise coming from the ongoing renovation works

At first we were given a room that was too old and noisy, but after we asked for higher floor which they granted, we enjoyed our stayed. the room was newly renovated, new carpet nice room and it was satisfied.

I requested for a non-smoking room from the day we booked for the rooms. This was way back in July. However, when we checked in, We were told that you do not have non-smoking rooms. But we were assured that all rooms are "odorless". When I entered the room assigned to me, ( 414), the room reeked of cigarette smoke! I had to buy and light scented candles for the duration of my stay. Furthermore, I noticed that on the elevator, there were "non-smoking" floors.
